Nothing!

This was by far the worst experience of my life! The studio was completely filthy. I’m talking hair on the floors, walls of the bathroom and pubic hairs on the bathtub and toilet. The countertops were dirty. Walls and furniture with dents, broken and damaged. Blinds broken with some areas even missing blinds so you had no privacy or security. The key lock code wasn’t working and had to wait a while for any assistance. It took a while for someone to call us and then when a person showed up, they made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal. We drove over 6 hours and wanted to relax and this was what we had to deal with. When we tried to leave and lock still wouldn’t work, we called that person again for assistance, but he was bothered and didn’t want to come back and help again. I texted the management from the booking and emailed them about what was happening and no one responded back. We never stayed there. That Friday I slept on a family member’s couch because the studio was so disgusting. I even sent pictures to the management booking site. I went back on Saturday afternoon to see if place was cleaned up and it never was. I had to spend by trip on a couch. I went back on Sunday and the place still had not been cleaned. I will NEVER USE THIS VACA BOOKING and management team EVER AGAIN! Do NOT book this Studio or use this management team. They are the absolute worst! I would rate them a 0- (zero-) if I had the option. I tried to file a complaint but no has responded back to me. I should definitely get my money back for this. This was a rip off. The studio looks nothing like the photos! Please don’t be fooled.
