It was beautifully presented, luxurious, had everything you need, views were exceptional with the lotus tower and the lake, very convenient location near shops and transport, even security people were very nice and helpful. The owner was very kind and flexible, easy to communicate and responsive. If you are in Colombo, this is where you want to stay. Highly recommend it.

Property lovely. Surrounding amenities not occupied in building complex. It will be good when finished. Pool in shade so cold and very windy not apartments fault.

Wonderful three bedroom, two bathroom apartment with awesome views over Colombo. New, spacious, clean, well equipped. Very comfortable beds; clean, hotel-quality sheets & towels; good hot showers and water pressure; fans and aircon in every room; well-equipped kitchen; water bottles and tea/ coffee sachets provided; comfortable lounge and good sized dining table; washing machine and drying rack/ clothes horse. Only place we stayed at during 12 days travelling around SL that provided hand towels!! We enjoyed using the big pool within the building with great views over the city, and there was a gym and yoga studio there too, though we didn't use them. We collected keys from 24 hr security at the gate, was super easy. Centrally located, easy for Uber driver to find coming in from the airport. Decent cafe and food mart downstairs and a shopping mall a few mins walk away. A bit further afield we found fantastic local places to eat very spicy Kotthu and rice and curry and one night walked for hours across the city for some incredible chilli crab that made our eyes and noses stream (note: there wasn't much bar life in Colombo, but the food is awesome).

A few very minor things could be done to improve the stay: 1. the privacy and blockout curtains are together on a shared rail in the bedrooms, so you can't properly close the curtains to shut out the light - separate rails would help. 2. bedside lamps didn't work (wrong plug), though there were plenty of other lights in the room and switches next to the bed. 3. would be nice to have the option to pay by credit card, though bank transfer at least was easier than cash (which most places in SL insisted on). 4. some washing powder would be handy. 5. a coffee plunger & tea strainer would be much appreciated.

Home away from home. Just as the pictures, modern clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Colombo, very conveniently located. Supermarkets, laundrette, hairdresser and other convenience stores are just around the corner of the building. All equipment and furniture in the apartment were brand new.The managing agent is always accessible and all requests by us were dealt with very promptly.
