Elisio, la personne qui était chargé de remettre les clés à coté du studio, il m'a laissé trainer la nuit dans un endroit que je connais pas pour chercher les clés dans un autre coin alors qu'il m'avais bien confirmé qu'il allait me remettre les clés à main propre. quel service de honte

Quiet area suited our needs perfectly

We stayed for a full week with 4 people so could have done with more than 2 toilet rolls and more towels would have been good.

Very modern and nice apartment in a fairly good location 15 min walk to most attractions. The staff that let us in were very understanding as we were diverted to another airport before landing at Gibraltar so delayed our arrival but they stayed in contact and got in back in touch when we finally landed. They were very friendly and gave some useful advice for our stay. And throughout our stay maintained good communication such as a reminder of what to do on departure day and times. On our last night we couldn’t get any hot water and even though it was late and not much could be done from the hosts end they still responded with advice which didn’t work but it did eventually come back on so all was good.

The apartment felt like it hadn’t been cleaned since it’s last visitors. It wasn’t dirty but the sheets had definitely not been changed and the bathroom looked like someone had just used the shower. And there was no toilet roll which we were advised was under the sink but had obviously run out which we found out too late. And the other problem was that I was asked to make a £250 security deposit which will be refunded after my stay but it wasn’t and had to write a couple of emails before it was eventually refunded about 3 weeks after my stay. However every time I did contact them they did get back to me within a few hours which was reassuring.

Top of the mountain basically ! Paid a £250 deposit on arrival incase of damages. No damages left, rep. Agreed. On our restrung home they refuse to pay the deposit as they don’t want to !!!!!!!!!!

It was very comfortable, spacious and easy to get to
