Security was good but they we did not receive prior instructions on how to access the building. We only one we received is the too long house rules and penalties & wifi password. So we spent at least an hour figuring out how to get in to the building. My husband had to call Julie to get the instructions. I checked my messages and found nothing! It was a bit frustrating. But it was resolved after .

They should inspected the unit first before renting it out. Balcony door was left unlocked. And because location is close by a creepy area where homeless people roams to beg money, we felt unsecured sleeping with our door being unlocked! Good side, I called Julie & asked her to pls locked it permanently because we don’t go out in the balcony anyway. We were asked to clean our used towels, throw all the garbage unlike in hotels that they do all of those as part of the service we paid for.

A spacious apartment for us 5. It is recently renovated and so clean and in great shape.

There were a few kinks like a squeaky washing machine. The host was very attentive and I am pretty sure these will get fixed as much as possible.

Julie excepted my family last minute and she welcome my family with open arms. Great customer service and best host I have ever known! The unit was very nice and clean. I would recommend to my family and friends! We will rent your unit again in the future! Thank you Julie for your excellent service!
