I loooooved Zimbali Lakes, very nice and quiet Suits at an affordable price, beautiful rooms and the set-up. My Agent Dawn was soo helpful and friendly, she sent me all the information and even shared location as I was travelling from Pongola and called to check if I'm still safe on the road and not getting lost. She went an extra mile to make sure we enjoy our stay something that is still lacking from most Hotels, even suggested places we can visit go eat for Dinner and Breakfast. We went to Sugar Rush Park for breakfast, loved the park and it's a nice place to just sit and relax. Next time we will definitely bring our kids so that they can play.

Honestly nothing, just that there was too much noise at night from the other rooms.
