Restaurant was pretty good, a bit expensive though. Great views, nice staff.
Well, the bathroom wasn’t working properly, our toilet had some leak, wasn’t filling the tank… the AC worked for 5 minutes then something happened and couldn’t turn it on the whole night, luckily, it rained and wasn’t that hot that night.

Very nice and helpful staff.

The hotel was ok
Beware. They breached the payment terms on the booking confirmation. They had a terminal that would only accept payment after dynamic currency conversion, no option to pay by credit card in local currency as stated in the terms of the booking confirmation. If you are thinking of staying here beware of the rip off and look elsewhere.

The view and location across from the cathedral was perfect!
I arrived with my family about an hour before check-in and the receptionist was able to check us in but told me our room would not be be available until 3 pm. We asked if we could leave our bags and she said they would be able to store them for us until our room was ready. We decided to leave them and go next door to the coffee shop to get lunch while we waited for our room. We arrived back at the hotel and noticed our bags were still where we had left them and they had not been stored like the receptionist said she would. The receptionist did not even greet us and instead continued to chat with her coworkers. It wasn’t until I had to interrupt their conversation to ask if our room was ready when she said our room would be ready in 5 minutes. It didn’t take her 1 minute to give us the key to our room and the hotel was not busy in anyway. Very poor hospitality! When we finally did arrive at our room and tried to use the shower, there was no cold water only hot water and when we called to ask what the problem was they said they were getting the tinaco fixed. There was no communication prior to arriving to our room that there would be issues with the shower. Very poor experience and we will not be staying here again!

Incredible location, right in front La Catedral. The rooftop restaurant was amazing, and the room was clean, confortable and with a super balcony view.
There is some details in the walls and bathroom but nothing major. Also, it should have a coffee maker but there is plenty coffee shops around

I love the staff, the bar in the rooftop, everything was amazing 👏
I had a little problem with the hot water in the shower. But was solved very well.

I had one of their cheaper rooms, so it is possible if you pay more you get more but this was room 11, no window which I knew, but did not know of all the rest. I check in and go to room. I notice a thin desk and a big hole where the chair should be. I go right back to check in and ask if they can find me a chair as I use the laptop in the room A LOT. OK. they find me a chair. I see the internet but no code, its not written anywhere. Many Mexican hotels have it on the room key but nope, not there either. So go back to check in to get the internet password. I notice no place to put your bag. I hate to leave it on the floor open but then I see there are 2 end tables on each side of the bed, so I take one of those and move it across the room and that works. I set up the laptop and internet is real slow. Not only that there is this warning all the time saying this internet is NOT SECURE. The room was hot, this was May, a hot month, ah....there is no control for the A/C so back to the front desk a third time for a control. The a/c bare worked....just a tiny bit of air but better than nothing. What else not to like? Well 1 tiny soap, so carry with you shower to sink, only 2 hangars total in the closet, and when possible I like do not disturb signs to keep maids from barging in at any hour or knocking just to ask if everything is ok which happens in Mexico a lot. And now for the worst part of all, the NOISE!!! There is a restaurant club above this place which is popular for its view of the Cathedral. To get there everyone rides your elevator but its small so many just use the stairs. The stairs are tight, and people that are drinking get LOUD. They usually come and go in groups and they are ALL going right by your door here. Its a tight squeeze stairs so they often brush or bump your door too. The chatter is horrible and going on for hours. Noise here is horrible!!!!! And they call this a Boutique Hotel???? PLEASE!!!! It is a guaranty of misery.
Everything-see above. I started there to make sure there was room for all of it.

the locstion is excellent. The pricibg very attractive. The room was very clean. Excellent rooftop bar
No drinking glasses in room .Spotty internet service. better if reception service speak more/better English

the location, the restaurant at the pentr
we had to go down to the reception several times, first to collect the A/C remote that the could have given it to us at the check in. Then for toilet paper cause the room did not have a spare roll. Also only one small soap for washing the hands and no soap for the shower. The “view” is nice but you cannot enjoy it because of the shade in the balcony. also at night they turn on the lights of the balcony, which one cannot turn off so at night the room is not dark.

Room was too small , you could not walk around it

Location right on the city center, in front of the Cathedral with a coffee shop downstairs; however a coffee maker is not available in rooms.
No lobby available to hang out, no valley either, parking is a block and one half away on your own. No problem for me.
