Betreff: Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel Sehr geehrtes Team, Ich möchte meine enttäuschende Erfahrung während meines kürzlichen Aufenthalts in Ihrem Hotel teilen. Leider war die Sauberkeit des Zimmers äußerst mangelhaft. Es gab Schimmel an den Decken, das Bettlaken war verschmutzt, die Toilette und das Badezimmer waren unzureichend gereinigt. Der Geruch im Zimmer war unangenehm und erweckte den Eindruck von Vernachlässigung. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern war dies besonders enttäuschend, und es hat die Qualität unseres Aufenthalts erheblich beeinträchtigt. Als zahlender Gast erwarte ich einen Standard von Sauberkeit und Komfort, den ich in Ihrem Hotel bedauerlicherweise nicht vorgefunden habe. Ich hoffe, dass Sie diese Rückmeldung konstruktiv nutzen, um die Qualität Ihrer Dienstleistungen zu verbessern. Ich habe das Zimmer vorzeitig auch verlassen. Ich hatte das Zimmer zwei Tage lang gebucht. Ich habe das am nächsten Morgen direkt ohne Frühstück und alles andere einfach eingepackt und habe direkt ausgecheckt. Ich hatte am Abend noch angerufen gehabt in der Rezeption und habe den Mann gesagt, dass mein Bettlaken wieder getauscht werden soll und der hat mir das nicht gemacht. Der hat gesagt, dass das Room Service nicht mehr verfügbar ist. Es ist morgen früh erst möglich und deswegen bin ich auch auf jeden Fall aus dem Hotel ausgecheckt. In meinem Bettlaken war Urinflecke.

The WiFi was the only good thing about this place.

The hotel was dirty, had roaches, the tub was stained didn’t want to even use the shower. The absolute worse thing was the lobby. The furniture was disgusting and dirty. I refused to sit down. They never said the shuttle to the port was a charge per person. Got to the port and they was asking for money.

El ascensor no funcionaba adecuadamente con la tarjeta de la habitacion habilitada. Una noche quedé atascado en el ascensor por varios minutos. Ese sistema debe ser actualizado o eliminado. No veo q ofrezca seguridad alguna. Cualquiera puede subir por el ascensor usando cualquier tarjeta de un huesped.

The air-conditioning was almost nice - 50F. If it was around 70F is much nicer.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was good. The hot water was nice.

The shuttle was nice to pick you up and Bring you back. The room was a good price. I will stay again when i travel.

The wait on the food took a long time.

The hotel building very old, facilities old, bed is uncomfortable, lightning very weak, very noisy, corridor smells weed, long story short everything was bad. It was a worst experience in my life.

Demasiado viejo, nos quedamos encerradas en el ascensor, el ascensor olía a marihuana terribleee, se escucha todo el ruido del pasillo, almohadas muy viejas y feas, las sabanas de las camas super feas, la zona no es buena para salir a caminar, no hay mucho para comer o comprar comida cerca..

the view from the room was amazing as it was facing the airport runway. enjoyed the plane landing and takeoffs from the bed. the location was also good as it was near to the airport and the convention centre.

the choice of breakfast was very poor and there were no other Indian restaurants nearby.

The cleaning of the room. It was very dusty. You smell that the room had a basic cleaning. I became ill after my stay at the hotel.

Close to the airport, cheap, clean, pretty well equipped with gym and other facilities but since I only stayed overnight I didn’t have time to enjoy all that…

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airport Hotel war gut! Der Shuttleservice zum Flughafen und vom Flughafen war äußerst praktisch und pünktlich, was uns den Stress vor unserem Flug genommen hat. Das Personal war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich, und unser Zimmer war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Dieses Hotel hat unseren Flug reibungslos und angenehm gestaltet.

Die laute Atmosphäre wegen dem Flugverkehr war etwas nervig.

It was the only one near airport I could easily find a room available at 1 am for a reasonable price.

Time to do some renovations. It was ok but kinda old and rusty.
