Easy checkin and check out. Comfy bed and room. Good place to stay near the airport, which is what we were looking for as we waited for our next-day family arrivals.

Really difficult to find the entrance! Honestly, why make me pay for parking? That is ridiculous.

Le personnel n’est pas agréable, pas de navette aéroport, parking très cher et non surveillé ni clôturé ( nous avons subi un vol sur la voiture) , pas de nettoyage de chambre pour séjour inférieur à 3 nuits, pas de gel douche dans la chambre, serviettes en nombre insuffisant, coffre fort HS, le pdj n’est pas de qualité .

It took a while for a crib to be brought to the room, I had to ask about it several hours after checking in although I'd requested it prior to booking

the heated pool which my daughter really enjoyed using. It meant we didn't really need to go out as much as the pool was there to keep her amused/occupied.

Not a lot of eating places in the area. You can easily get an uber which meant it was easy to travel around the area if you need to go out. There was ample parking spaces but we decided after having a hired vehicle for a day that driving in Miami was not for us.

1. Room was good with view. 2. Very good breakfast & kitchen staffs are very helpful & prompt. Breakfast menus are good and prepared in advance. 3. Good pool and open till 10:30 pm.

1.Hotel location is far from Miami attractions. 2. Room has a coffee machine for single cup only , for 3 cups of coffee , need to prepare for 3 times. 3. Rooms have airplanes noises as its close to airport..

Breakfast was outstanding and a perfect central location, especially near the airport

Parking could be just a little bit easier and closer to the main entrance but this is minor

it was lovely and clean 5 mins from the airport and lovely facilities too

A hotel near the airport should provide a shuttle service. I was a little bewildered to learn that I had to take an Uber to get there for an unexpected overnight layover.

Room was spacious and clean. Even with jets constantly overhead, I could not hear anything when I put on white noise to sleep. The room was well appointed, lots of good pillows, comfy beds, blackout shades, plenty of storage. Bathroom was nice, great shower pressure and good bath products provided plus lots of towels. Pool area was nice with beautiful landscaping. Breakfast was good, even for this vegan. Granola, fruit, Tazo teas. I appreciated the beautiful Le Creuset cookware that held the scrambled eggs. Would definitely stay there again. Also fitness room was convenient.

Didn't know I'd have to pay for parking

Not really what I expect from a Hyatt, but seems a new managememt formula. Nice staff. Nice style, but.... Looks like a reasonable successful attempt to upgrade an outdated place. Keep up the effort.
