no me gusto la falta de limpieza, mesa de luz sucia con liquido viejo volcado, alfombras no muy limpias, no tienen placard, no tienen ascensor para subir con valijas o rampas que faciliten, .

It was very close to the airport with a suttle every hour. The pool was nice and the bar inside Old Tom’s is great. The employees at the front desk and the maids are very kind and helpful

The wifi signal is weak and didn’t work properly in our room.

The air conditioner is very noisy

Shuttle service to/from airport and to/from cruise port. Free breakfast (more on that below0. Even though the air conditionaer did not work during our second stay (also more on that tomorrow), the maintenance team responded promptly and took care of the issue without too much discoomfort.

We made to reservations to stay at this location, one the night before our cruise and one immediately after, due to our plane reservations. THe reservations were essentially identicle, about a week apart. The hotel changed their breaksfast from included to additional charge, and wanted to charge us an additional $12 pp. We objected, and after stating that "there goes your rating", they relented and gave us a "complimentary" breakfast. However, the documentation we had in our room clearly stated FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED, so we could only wonder how many visitors they scammed for the additional charges. The free breakfast distinguished this location from local competitors, And frankly, the breakfast wasn't that good.

The bar area was fine as the staff were friendly. Also the hotel’s proximity to the airport was good since there is a shuttle.

The breakfast was horrible and the server unhelpful. The shower door kept sliding open so I needed to keep closing it again.

Transport to/from the Airport is every hour, and a great service, breakfast is available from 6 am and you can help yourself. I have stayed here previously, but it can be a hassle to take luggage up/down stairs. I was first room at top of stairs and people made so much noise going up and down the stairs, and I had to be up at 5.45am for a flight.

Just the noise at night that other guests made on their arrival. Being the first room at the top of the stairs is so noisey.
