Size of room , felt overpriced

i love the bed and pillows of this hotel! So soft! Really help me get good sleep. And the hot water service impressed me , it is thoughtful to Chinese habits. Everything cleaned and fancy there, i was really enjoy this trip, and every staff was kindly .

It's a lovely hotel, offering small but well designed rooms. The staff is excellent, the bed is comfortable and for the size of the room it has very decent storage space and a good set of appliances, including a toaster, a microwave oven and a good coffee maker. The only improvement I would suggest is a small table (even a folding one) and a chair, as there's no way to really sit down and eat/do some work. I will gladly come back.

Parking exit to the hotel street was mostly closed, not too many shops and restaurants in the very neighborhood. The bedroom.heater didn't work properly and it was cooler than in the rest of the suite

I liked the decoration. The hotel is actually a very charming place only steps away from the San Francisco Opera, which I was able to enjoy.

Too much noise from the outside. Door slams were also very common due to the system they have. Very bad internet that didn't allow me to use the chromecast that I was invited to use. I brought this several times to the staff and even asked if I could be moved to another room, but nothing was done. I also had to call a couple of times to get the room cleaned with things such as taking the trash and making the bed.

Staff was very friendly, good location, nice room, I enjoyed the makeup wipes in the bathroom..

They started working on the 7th room and the workers tied up the elevator.

There was a minor problem with noise from the baseboard heat (easily fixed).

The location is good, and there's plenty of public transpo nearby. The room I had was fairly quiet. The grab and go breakfast offerings (cold cereals, yogurt, pastries, juice and milk) were available each morning.

This hotel was a big disappointment. The front desk could not give me a straight answer on when and how often I could get my room cleaned. The single elevator was out on at least two occasions, for more than a few minutes. I met a woman in the lobby who mentioned that the elevators weren't working at a stay she had two years ago (why she returned here is certainly a mystery!) The second day I was here, I noticed someone else's toothpaste on the front inside rim of the bathroom sink. ewww. Wish I had seen that sooner. And the heat never got more than lukewarm.
