The hotel was great everyone was super friendly

We used valet parking it was great but my truck had ants all over the side of the passages seat and back seat when we got it back I didn’t have this problem when I drop my truck off to valet parking. I have to spend over 140 dollars more because I need to get my car detail to get them out. This really bother me I have two youth children it was a horrible experience they got bit. I was planning to use this hotel again for my daughter’s cheer competitions, because everything was amazing if but I don’t know if I wanna go through that again. We use valet because it’s easier with 2 kids but even thought it’s extra I hope somebody can reach out to me about this or just figure out what happen

Everything works well, that’s why I stayed there couple of time already.

Wasn’t happy with the man at the front desk when my friend arrived and he refused to left she access the room before I had arrived. (This was 1am in the morning). He told her no pay for another room or leave. I had messaged the hotel before hand to let them know she was coming before me. When she arrived and got refused I called the hotel 5 times and nobody answered. So I had her take her phone to him and he still refused her entry it wasn’t until I told him I wanted to speak to his manager he let her in the room. I think this is very bad service and special when we were Traveling around the world to this hotel. If she couldn’t get ahold of me she may never of got I the room. She is also a Hilton VIP member.

The view was great from the 19th floor.

The room was a little bit small but comfortable.

Everything was there that we needed. Liked the lazy river and the water slide!

I didn't get a receipt for my stay there. I shouldn't have to be a special member to get a detailed receipt for my stay there! Either the hotel or Booking.com should email that to me automatically at the end of my stay.

Air conditioning in the room not too cold. No microwave in the room. Need a game room for kids

The parking was easy to get in & out of even though very expensive. Plenty of helpful staff & elevators. The rooms were spacious & the pool view was nice. The pools were nice & we loved the adult section for those in need of a quiet or romantic weekend. The cabanas were really nice & although we were forgotten a couple times early on the staff & manager over the cabanas in the adult area were outstanding. The pool area food was tasty and quick. We went to David’s Club for breakfast buffet and the food was good but again the staff was exceptional! Overall the experience was really good.

my husband got locked in our rooms bathroom twice. The first time he could jiggle the handle enough to get out. The second time I had to find something to put in the groove to pop it open for him. We did notify staff so it can be fixed. There needs to be more security in the adult area in the evening. Sunday night after dark a group of young adults came in & went to the big hot tub. 2 of the guys came over to the smaller one that only I was in and they brought a radio. I am not easily offended by music but it was inappropriate. After a little while one of them left so it was just me & the other guy. A song came on and he started singing along with the chorus which was “strip & F….”. He started emphasizing the F… word and I was feeling very uncomfortable and unsafe so I left. It was quite some time before I saw any security walking around. The only other thing that we both thought would have been nice was to have had is a shop to get a few things like a sweatshirt or light jacket (I was cold one evening & didn’t think to pack warm stuff) and my husband forgot his baseball cap. A little shopping place for extra clothes & things you might forget to bring would be very helpful.

It's always a good experience staying here! Breakfast buffet is delicious, many options to choose from. The pool staff and ambiance were great as always. Our room was spacious and very clean. Hotel staff were kind and very attentive. Shout out to Vincent and Smitty for helping us out with our luggage.
