I liked the atmosphere, the kitchens ( though severely lacking in mugs), the people working were friendly and the bathrooms were kept spotless. The dormitory was totally adequate and people very respectful and quiet at night unlike a lot of hostels. Fantastic location

Just more mugs and viditors weee not akways good about tidying up their mess in the kitchen

It was near the see and the beach was grate and butiful Its about 8 killometer to city center

Hitter dosent works in the room and weather was so cold!!kitchen was disgusting with untaloratable smel ,building was so old and nothing inclouded in your stay

The hostel is well located, at 20 minutes from the Downtown in autobus and the activities proposed are nice ; the Lynn Canyon excursion was a bit long but very enjoyable.

I didn’t booked online the first night so I was in the False Creek room. This night was just horrible, the showers were clean but the room smelled the piss. When I told that to the reception they just replied « I hope it will be better tonight » (????). The nights after were in the Alma room (online booking), a mix dormitory of 10 people, this room was normal. Bring your towels and your sheets, it’s better if you don’t want to sleep in a bed smelling the piss.

Value. Dorm booking was nicely separated into smaller groups so maximizing ones privacy. 24 hour desk really helpful access. Hostels activity options .. eriks tour exception at exceptional prices! Washrooms separate from sleeping area and having many made for best service.

1) More electrical outlets as more use their personal devices (currently mutiple users use extension plugs in movie room.) To preserve movie room serting as a movie room i suggest perhaps a row of small tables/chairs replacing couch at one of couch locations (with newly additional plugs;) 2) far from other travel areas .. nearest shops turn into day trip returns

The bathroom was quite far away.

The staff is super nice. Really helpful and always smiling. Rooms are super nice and quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. Location right next to go to the beach. Just perfect.

Great hostel. Very spacious rooms and huge lockers!!

The kitchen had a bad smell to it & wasn’t that clean.
