Near Union Square, Powell station and the cable cars, that's great! Very cosy, clean and cool hotel Great restaurants nearby Angela, Vivian, Danielle and George are the best!! There's coffee, tea and pastries every morning; we pay for it in amenities fees, but it is great to have it

The WIFI connection; the hotel security certificate was expired so my phone would not let me in... (I could connect to the wifi of the hotel across the street!! ;-)) The staff was trying to help, especially Vivian, but it was the week-end... They overcame the problem on Monday night but I was leaving on Tuesday Anyhow they were very nice and tried to do their best, except for Scott the manager who litterally shouted at me and he was very rude

The room was lovely and very clean and the location was perfect. A very easy commute from anything and everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to San Fransisco.

The only negative about the hotel was the check-in process and lack of clear early check in policy. Our flight arrived at 10:00 AM. I put this in when booking the room. In the confirmation email that I received I was told that they would try to accomodate an early check-in. When we arrived at the hotel, no rooms were ready. No problem. We were told that we could come back in a bit and a room should be available. We went out for a bit and came back about an hour later. We were then told that a room was available but it would be $20 for an early check in. This is the part that bothered me. This should have been communicated when we were initially told that we could check in earlier. Overall, this is very minor but it did feel a little like a bait and switch tactic. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was amazing.

I liked the coziness of the hotel room and how easy it was to access everything from where it was.

The room is very spacious and comfortable! I was extremely happy with my stay.
