Fantastic location in NYC, amazing view from the room, and the staff were great and very helpful. A short cab drive from Penn Station too and convenient to everything in lower Manhattan.
It was a great stay for me. My daughter complained about some yellow stuff on the bathroom floor that I could barely see, and on closer look, it appeared to be residual cleaner to me - despite this minor thing, it was very clean. This hotel was a bit pricey, but I had to book for a college tour at the last minute, hence alas, that's the NYC market without lead time.

The Cleaning Staff. Venice in particular, who beside her duties, gave me a valuable advice concerning my daughter who was ill. I appreciate this kind of professionnalism with humanity and caring.
I appreciate also the Staff Concierges, all of them the old and new ones. I have a great Respect for the old ones because I have the honor to know them since 2010 !
The Staff in charge of Check-In and Check-out. No smile, No Professionnalism, No skills, No Competences. It's a nightmare to discuss with them. It was not the case in the past. When I wanted to do my checking-out, the woman did not had a look to her screen and said to me. Balance 0 ! While I made a deposit and expect to receive a part of it from the hotel, which I insisted to do and it was done thanks to another Staff or Manager. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated in such Hotel. I'm a Hilton Honors and I have never seen this kind of behaving in any Hilton from around the world.

The male receptionist (big African American man) was very rude and not helpful. Kept trying to make things difficult for me and even other guests. Trying to overcharge for every little thing even if you’re a Hilton member and you’re extending your stay. Tried to make a big fuss about check in time, then tried to make a big fuss about keeping the e same room during my extension. All of it for no reason just to be difficult and to try to overcharge a few dollars here and there as if it’s his hotel. I’ve never encountered such a thing and I travel everywhere and I’ve stayed at many Hilton hotels.

Wait staff and cleaning staff were super helpful and friendly. Location of hotel was great.
Booked a twin room in advance and was then told that all twin rooms had gone when enquired why room arrived at wasn’t a twin. Was supposedly given an upgrade but this still didn’t provide the extra bed paid for. Furthermore the sofa bed which was included with the ‘upgrade’ led to five of the most uncomfortable nights I’ve experienced. Put simply the seat on my flights were more comfortable and provided better sleep. I’ll be nursing a sore back for weeks now.

Las habitaciones grandes y el hotel está en una ubicación tranquila en Midtown. Las vistas de gran parte de las habitaciones son fantásticas, ya que el hotel empieza en la planta 29.
-A pesar de haber reservado una habitación con vistas a la ciudad nos alojaron en una que daban a un bloque, gracias a Booking por habernos ayudado, ya que el personal del hotel no era muy colaborador.
-Las habitaciones no están mal y las camas son cómodas, pero están algo anticuadas, la moqueta es algo vieja
-Tienen lo que ellos denominan "tasa de resort", al igual que otros hoteles en Manhattan, que es un cargo de 30 USD por día y por habitación para gastar en el hotel. Lo puedes usar en la cafeteria (to-go) o en el restaurante. Los precios de estos productos son mucho más caros que el ya caro Mahattan. Esta tasa no se acumula y tienes que gastar el importe cada día.

I like that the Supervisor saved me from cancelling my reservation because the guy behind the counter gave me a hard time.
I didn't like that the guy behind the counter was rude and obnoxious. He was pompous. He displayed poor customer service. I will not go here again.

L'emplacement près des Nations Unies ou se déroulaient mes réunions.
Le 17 mars 2014, à 22h30, la sécurité à été envoyée pour m'expulser manu militari de ma chambre alors que ma réservation s'achevait la 23 mars. Malgré mes explications et la présentation de ma réservation, ils n'ont pas voulu m'écouter et m'ont "tolérée" jusqu'au lendemain pour que je "déguerpisse" ou que j'effectue une nouvelle réservation auprès de Booking.com.
Selon eux Booking.com leur aurait mal transmis ma réservation.
Le lendemain sans qu'on ne m'explique ce qui avait été à l'origine d'une telle situation, ils se sont excusés et m'ont fait un geste commercial.
Cet incident traumatisant à bien contribué à me gâcher mon séjour.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner monotonne et la salle du restaurant exiguë n'ont rien arrangé.

The amazing views and the cool, old-school room. If I could, I would keep that room as a handsome little pied-à-terre. But, alas, life is too short, and that is not feasible for now. Maybe one day. I would hire the staff, too.
Nothing! The whole experience ruled. Everyone was so nice. Everyone was so cool. The room was clean. Yes, very clean. And if I could have stayed later, you better believe that I would have. It was not to be, though.

チェックインの際に毎日$100がチャージされ、その中で$30ドルをホテル内で必ず消化しなくてはいけない、使わない場合でも最低$30ドルは差し引かれるという謎のルールに驚いた。予約する前に聞いてないと言ったのに、そういうルールだからの一点張り。部屋は寒いし薄暗い。ベッドの布団は真冬なのに薄いカバー1枚だけ。ホテル全体のサービスが悪く、朝食は種類が少なく美味しくないのに高かった。売店で毎日$30を仕方なく消化しようとしたが、コーヒーは不味いし夕方5時に閉まってしまうので出かけていると使えなくなって無駄なお金を払うしかなかった。部屋の洋服の収納の棚は狭く腰ほどに低く、ドレスをかけられない。国連に近いから関係者が泊まりお客に困らないのだろうサービスの悪さが目立った。

The location was good. The view from my room was ex excellent.
The check-in and check-out process was a chore. So few staff attending to many guests.
This is definitely my worst Hilton experience. My check-in was unbelievablely horrendous. The staff (two) at different times were unhelpful and rude. Quite the contrary to what I saw for the guest before me. I put that down to pure racism, which is rich because they were also minorities.
I was charged twice - one by Booking.com, which they claimed they didn't see; and a second by the hotel, which I was over charged for.
A Hilton that can't put bottled water in the rooms, one has to pick up at the reception for a $200+ per night room. Terrible.
Safe to say, never staying there nor recommend.
Definitely no value for money.

Good Location, Nice view
The room was dirty, featuring old, worn furniture. The shower faucets were malfunctioning. The TV was small and very old; do not even think of watching Netflix or cable. It would take you 15 minutes to turn it on, and then it could reboot at any time, forcing you to wait another 15 minutes repeatedly. Everything, including the walls and window curtains, was old and dirty, with scratches and holes. Be aware - there’s no drinking water in the room! The hostess at check-in was somewhat rude. Online check-in is a joke and does not work. We had to wait 30 minutes in line for check-in, and interacting with the hostess was not pleasant at all. When I was about to say hello and talk about our reservation, the lady just cut me off and asked for an ID. It was a very bad experience

I loved the location as it was close to the UN. I did not like the automatic $30 food credit per day! I did not like the business center was still closed since COVID-19!! With the cost of the rooms and the closeness to the UN it’s a given guest need access to the business center🙁!

The location
I've been having problems since checkout, the manager had to fix some elements and they told me I will receive it later the same day. However I have not receive it, not even after several emails and a phone call where they hang up on me. This is causing issues with tmy employer.

Het uitzicht en de leuke medewerkers in de restaurant.
Het ontbijt was lekker maar erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Hele leuke werknemers. We moesten uit het niets 300 euro betalen voor het ontbijt “borg” etc toen we daarna gingen vragen om duidelijkheid waarom wij 300 euro moesten betalen omdat, de vrouw waar we hadden ingecheckt zei dat we het terug zouden krijgen reageerde de man bij de bali erg onbeschoft en onaangenaam wat we echt heel jammer vonden. behang was los koelkast erg stoffing de essentiële dingen waren er niet het was zekers heel erg onder mijn verwachtingen enigste wat “luxe aan het hotel is het uitzicht zeker niet herhalingsvatbaar.

It’s located in a safe area approximately 10mins walking distance from time square with lots of shops and markets around walking distance, the beds are comfortable and the room is spacious in comparison to average NYC hotel rooms, the view is really nice, the 300$ deposit returns immediately at time of check out
Really overpriced without getting the basics hotel services you would expect from any hotel nonetheless a Hilton chain hotel!! The trolley guy doesn’t come and help you with your luggages until you call for them and then keeps on asking for tip and claiming he doesn’t get any salary what so ever from the hotel (he literally said he works for free) and his salary is from the tip only!! The reception staff are extremely rude not even a welcome or a hello didn’t feel welcomed at all and then was asked for 300$ deposit and when I just asked what is it for the answer was it is what it is just pay it and it will be returned with an added eye roll !! other hotels give you at least 2 water bottles a day while they don’t give you even 1 bottle a day, it’s really a shame for the Hilton hotel chain to have a hotel so lacking in basic hospitality services

Lage und Aussicht aus dem 35. Stock waren super, wir haben uns bis auf Kleinigkeiten wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem ein ok Hotel, dafür aber definitiv zu teuer.
Falls es ein Angebot gibt, würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen!
Das Hotel ist natürlich schon in die Jahre gekommen. Auf Fotos und aus der Entfernung sieht alles gut aus, genau darf man nicht schauen. Abgeschlagene nicht schließende Türen, Kästen gehen nicht zu, Fön zwar vorhanden, aber so alt und abgegriffen, dass sich die Weichmacher lösen. Vorhänge und Vorhangschienen ausgerissen.
Bitte Zimmer ohne Verbindungstür wählen. Die schließen nicht komplett und wenn man Nachbarn hat, die keine Rücksicht nehmen, macht man kein Auge zu.
Zimmer wird grundsätzlich jeden Tag gemacht, jedoch hat jeden Tag etwas gefehlt: einen Tag keine Handtücher, einen Tag keine Betten gemacht, 2 Tage keinen Kaffee/Tee nachgefüllt. Alles nicht tragisch, aber in dieser Preisklasse nicht nachvollziehbar. Gesaugt wurde die ganze Woche nicht und auch im Bad wurde die ganze Woche nichtmal drübergewischt.

Die Nähe zum UNO HQ und das Fitnessstudio. Außerdem ist sehr nett, dass das Hotel eine Kompensation für die Resortgebühren (30$/Tag) anbietet + Ausblick aus dem Zimmer
Alles sehr sehr oldschool. Das Hotel gehört einfach modernisiert und renoviert. Ausstattung ist eine Katastrophe und man hat das Gefühl man ist in den 80ern. Recht dunkel und wirkt dadurch etwas bedrückend. Teppichböden und Wände in dunkelbraun oder dunkelgrau- könnte insgesamt heller und freundlicher gestaltet werden.

The property was very clean, with updated decor and in an excellent location. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the crew running the morning shift at the UN Cafe.
I didn’t like that I had to wait in the lobby until 4 pm in order to get into my room.
