good location, on site parking, friendly & helpful staff, nice pool area, good breakfast choice hot & cold, nice room’s & spacious.

the AC is located in a daft place in the rooms directly blowing onto you during the night rather than in the space in the room and is manually controlled no remote!

it’s close to everything walking distance to town plus close to beach.

The elevator and the laundry machine were broken for the entire week.

The breakfast buffet was the real thing..eggs, bacon, cereal, ham, hash brown,s toast and other things. Very impressed by the full buffet!!! The hotel was close to everything and the heated pool was excellent !!!

only one of 2 elevators working! one person running bar and taking and serving food! suiting at bar food came to us in to go container lol

The room was extremely comfy and for my personal tastes, perfectly decorated. A private balcony where I could listen to birds and watch iguanas with my morning coffee and evening wine was an unexpected treat. As easy a walk as you want to get to the Ocean making it extremely convenient to come and go as you please.

I was very pleased over all.

most hotels will have coffee/tea available all day or just water jugs with lemon or cucumber for guests coming from the beach. This hotel did not offer that

Short term parking very limited

beautiful clean property including a pool area and sunning area above. Located seconds from the beach, few minute walk/drive to the strip of restaurants, bar and shopping. About a 15 minute drive right over the bridge to downtown.

There was many people waiting in the lobby all morning and afternoon waiting for their ride to the cruise ships. Caused a lot of crowding with there luggage .

Great location from the airport to the local beach and great restaurants!

The sign could be bigger by the road for Lyft and Uber drivers.

Hotel and rooms are outdated, and would need remodeling. Room was small and carpet has seen better days. Furniture is old and should be replaced. Bathroom door had rust on the hinges. Found a used contact lens from the previous guest on the bathroom vanity which had evidently not been cleaned before my stay. Loud drunk spring breakers making all the other guests uncomfortable. $330/night is outrageous for an average quality hotel.
