The staff was rude, there was extra charges upon check in that was not explained upon reservation per room. We paid over 200 dollars per room and had to pay 50 deposit on a card when checking in. We paid in advance for the rooms so we wouldn't have to deal with any of that. The continental breakfast was not free. It was 15.99 per person. But advertising as free on site. The rooms were small. The pool was small not heated and they provided no towels. The beds were hard. Overall the stay was horrible and definitely not worth anywhere near what we paid. We will not be staying again or recommending to anyone else.
I didn't like all of the above on top of the rude staff at the front desk the cleaning staff did not clean the rooms prior to check in. There was trash under our beds and dirty linen in our bathroom. Over all no stars given.

Old property and poorly kept. Rooms didn’t have not even plastic glasses, cups, nothing. I had to have tap water using my hands. Not even the coffee maker had disposable cups. Old furniture, all scratched, towels had yellow stains, etc. Staff at the breakfast area was constantly insisting on breakfast payment ($15) and it was included in my rate. Check-in wasn’t a good experience either. I couldn’t believe that was a “Hilton” property.

We appreciated the early morning free shuttle to the airport. When we landed we had to wait only a few minutes until the shuttle arrived to take us back to the hotel. Car was a little dusty on the outside, but otherwise, just as we left it!
Booking.com says the hotel offers free parking. That's why we used this hotel. We have also used this hotel in the past - leaving our car at the hotel during our trip. No charge for leaving our car. Unfortunately the hotel is now charging $10 a day to leave our car there. We did not know that until we received our credit card bill. Nasty surprise. We won't be using this hotel in the future for this reason. The hotel staff made it clear we should have booked the hotel directly with them rather than using Booking.com - they would have told us about the $10/day charge - and we would have picked another hotel.

Very clean nice staff. But one of our rooms had no air. We also hoped to have dinner at the restaurant but were told no one showed up for work.

someone had taken the ac cover off, I put it back on in order not to be falsely charged for it. There was food left in the refrigerator.

I reached out to the company but it’s been a month now with no response. The bathrooms were gross, the floors were gross, even the drawers in the dresser were gross. Didn’t have proper linens.
