Great hotel. One of my favorites in the City.
It would be nice if there were a convenience store on property to buy water/snacks, etc.

Fabulous view and great location.
Massage was bad, done in room because the spa was under construction, weird experience.. And to top it off they tried to charge us twice the amount we were supposed to pay. Don’t go there for a spa experience.

The location is percect: close to the Ferry building, Jackson Sq and China town.

Location was great, view from the room was amazing, and the hotel had a town car that took us to our dinner destinations. We asked for board games and had them in great condition. Overall a great experience.
I wish this hotel had a great restaurant located within it.
