The breakfast was excellent. The location was awful. The reason: road construction and lane closures on M-14, I-96, I-94 made the job reaching the hotel very difficult and time consuming One very bright spot: The housekeeping staff did an excellent job helping me get the heavy luggage through the doors and into the trunk of my Toyota. I did not have to ask them for help. They saw that I was really struggling and on their own initiative stepped in to help. I appreciate that.

The Wi-Fi in my room was not working at all on the laptop nor on the iPhone. I tried everything I could think of to get the Wi-Fi working. I did a hard reboot of the laptop, changed browsers, cleaned out all temporary internet files, & turned off the VPN, all to no avail, The clerk at the front desk did not know how to fix the problem.

No bathroom exhaust fan. So mold in shower and on shower curtain. The fan on the air conditioner was set on constant, maybe that is why.

Did not eat breakfast

Old facility. Indoor pool was frigid even though the pool room was quite hot. Mishap with keys and toilet was plugged up the first day.

I though the breakfast was included free of change with the booking of the room. I read that the breakfast was included which meant free to me. Also, the TV service was terrible, very poor reception

Need a better TV service, Direct TV is a bad service for your location

Staff was great at breakfast. Location very accessible and convenient.

No TV and no hopes of getting it fixed. This was beyond the staff's control but certainly within Hilton management's control because it was an ongoing issue with DirectTV.

Large selection and very nice

Would like it better with an outdoor pool at about 30 bucks cheaper a night would also be nice or if you stay more than one night a group night discount would also be nice
