Under construction upgrades. Restaurant was being renovated so food selection was very limited and Breakfast buffet was to expensive for what was on it

The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.

Very noisy! Outdoors and in neighboring rooms.

Love the location and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

I'm sad our next 3 trips rooms are booked up and I have to stay somewhere else due to renovations :( I love this hotel and the older vibe.

The staff was very friendly. I always appreciate when a hotel offers me water upon arrival and at departure 😄 The bed was very comfortable. The room temperature was at 65° when we arrived which was perfect. Also, the fan/AC ran all night which helped me sleep 😴 There wasn't a lack of hot water at all which was great for bathing and cleaning up. If you wanted to drink water from the sink you'd need ice for sure. The location was great. The square across the street has good coffee. We were able to walk to and from the fieldhouse to see the concert we came for. I don't recommend walking alone at night though. I loved the art throughout the hotel!

The bathroom definitely could have been cleaner. It was fine in the main areas (floor, sink, tub, toilet) but the tile by the ceiling and in the corners/against the walls was a bit neglected. The rest of the room was clean. Parts of the hotel were under construction so I wasn't bothered by the little extra dust outside the room.

Definitely will stay here every time I'm in Cleveland and will recommend it

staff not friendly. I pre paid via booking. that did not show up on hotel s side. they charged be twice the room. my Credit card ended up being charged three times for one night. staff rolled eyes instead of finding solution. wouldn’t connect me with manager. room was dirty. hair in bathtub. refrigerator in the middle of the room on the floor.

All the elevators didn't work.

The staff were great ! Carl doesn't get paid nearly enough for his work. He provided customer service that exceeded our expectations. Laura the manager was really great as well.

Well to start the room description on your site did not match the hotels description. We found this out once we checked in. I was shown a suite room as a description of the king deluxe room I booked. Your site had that the hotel had an indoor pool, it has not had one for years per mgt at hotel. The room you described and showed had a marble counter added to an outdated broken bathroom. It was so small that you had to climb across the bed in order to get to other side about a 4 inch gap between bed and wall. Broken tiles in bathroom, black stuff in grout too. Room stated comfortable for 4 and honestly 1 may have been comfortable overnight but that's about it. There's a lot of construction going on in and around the hotel so don't plan on it being quiet by any means. Don't do the meal package either. The food was comparable to 3 day old hospital food. Thankfully Laura refunded us part of that. It was literally inedible. This was our first get away in over 10 yrs and all I can say is that the staffs service saved what would have been an otherwise crap experience.

The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice. It was clean. Didnt have to walk in the street to Jacks Casino.

Walked in to get a price of 199.00 on Wednesday night 1/22/2023 to 1/23/2023. Went online and booked a queen bed for 2 adults for 129.00 with a 50.00 deposit! Not having coffee in my room. Being charged 35.00 for Valet parking after we pulled up to the hotel. Wi-Fi being an additional charge. The outlets in operatable. Lots of homeless people begging.

The room was nice and roomy, very clean.

I did not like the walk to the casino through tower city, seemed nervous at times I wish it was an enclosed tunnel or something.

Bed was comfortable and love that the casino was attached to hotel! The bar staff was amazing and so funny!

There was pubes in the bathtub and the grout was moldy, the breakfast wasn’t all that good the fruit was pretty brown and eggs were hard. Also you can tell the rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned as there was a make up bag in the drawers when we got there.

The hotel is pretty nice. The room was clean and quiet big. Breakfast was good. Personal are soo nice and helpful.

Parking costs $38. But nearly additional parking for $15.
