The location is ideal for going to any event in the Theatre district. Clean, big rooms with lots of lobby amenities.

As is the case with all downtown hotels it’s a bit pricey.

Location and Staff

The room was very spacious, beds were comfy! Breakfast was great. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Shower could have been a bit cleaner (some mildew spots visible); had dinner in the restaurant, but they weren't offering the full menu the evening we stayed, due to some kind of staff or supply issue. The food was very good regardless - but a bit on the pricey side.

Within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants

I chose a hotel with a restaurant so I can eat at anytime and go for a nightcap before bed but the restaurant closed at 10:30 am and didn’t open until 5:00 and closed again at 10. I’m out in the evening and would like to be able to go for a drink before bed (can’t because they’re already closed) and get up late in the morning so need to go out for breakfast or lunch because once again they are closed when I need them.

Location is outstanding - Easy walking distance to most attractions. Staff very helpful and responsive- the definition of 'Midwest Nice". Adowntown location easily accessible and hassle free - Will definitely use again. Ji

The staff was excellent and very friendly, Mr. Alex met us at the door and he helped us to our room and gave us excellent suggestions for things to do while we were visiting.

Clean and conveniently located. Great customer service. Mark Posner was very welcoming! The restaurant staff was short handed, but maintained timely as well as friendly customer service.

The Manager. ( white haired gentleman with glasses) He was excellent! Definitely a keeper. Location was good. Very comfortable.

Dining room was inconsistent. Staff was great. First night seated us at 4:50 p. Second night wouldn’t seat till 5:10. Other diners were leaving going somewhere else. 1st night of dining, drink came with cherries and lime. Ordered a steak Burger , choice of potato or side salad, took salad 2nd night ordered the exact same thing. No garnish in drink and I couldn’t get the side salad apparently over night this decision was made but I could get a 1/2 of a different salad, which I was allergic to most of the toppings at a cost. Didn’t understand why I couldn’t get the side which consisted of lettuce, cuke, croutons when I could get this other one. Even the waitress said she would ask if she could put this simple side salad together for me and the kitchen said no. Simple but no longer allowed. Makes zero sense. 3rd night we went someplace else. Would be nice to have a healthier selection in the snack shop. Pool was closed due to renovations. Would have been nice to have that on your site when I made the reservation. We didn’t find out until we got there. That was a one of the reason along with the in-house restaurant we decided to stay here.

Hotel blamed Booking.com for mix-up that delayed our check-in by 90 minutes. My son said hotel's computers should have caught the error. Maids could not speak English.

Very thin walls. Extremely noisy neighbors. Didn't help that sn actual fire kept us outbof hotel for almost 4 hours

Buffet breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the hotel. Had much better breakfast at less expensive hotels.

Our room would not cool down and was uncomfortable during the night and morning.

Literally only two things that I did like 1 it was close and the breakfast lady! She was the nicest person working in that whole place.

Was told I didn't finish paying for my room, which I paid in full. The toilet handle was broken. Was supposed to have 2 full beds was given a king.

The location was great for the concert we came to see at the Keybank State Theatre. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean except the coffee maker. Pool was great, hot tub was great and both were clean.

Coffee maker should have been cleaned. There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom. There was no microwave which would have been helpful. Valet parking for 39.99 a day is insane. The rate for the room was ridiculous. It was just the average hotel experience. Nothing that was spectacular, certainly not worth 250.00 a night.

Location is good, a lot of shady characters hanging around outside. Mr. Alex was a super nice staff.

No complimentary water. The all-day dining food was over-priced and tasted terrible. No parking. Valet was pricey and it really adds up every time giving a tip.
