Accommodations were great, food...not so much

My room was excellent. Everything I needed. Allowed my dog.

My first dinner was the rib eye steak. I asked for medium and it was almost raw. Sent it back and it came back perfect . Breakfast of biscuits and gravy were excellent, best I'm had in a long time. Second dinner was super dog...not so super, I expected bigger. Steak fries were under cooked. Wait staff on second dinner didn't seem interested in being there. I asked a question about an item on the menu and she didn't know anything about it..She never came back to ask if I needed anything.

Było na prawdę bardzo spoko. Nie wiem czego oczekują inni ludzie za tę cenę. Było mega czysto i to dla mnie ważne, ani jednego włosa nie znalazłam. Personel mega przyjemny. Na dzień dobry dostajemy kupony i bony różnej maści. Lokalizacja też spoko, było cicho. Bardzo wygodne dwa łóżka. Na prawdę super.

Super Alternative für Las Vegas

Wer in Las Vegas, aber nicht am Strip oder Freemontstreet wohnen möchte, ist hier richtig. Alles sauber, gut eingerichtet, Restaurant auch angeschlossen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Preis-Leistung gut.

Good value & Pet friendly.

I choose Longhorn over other hotel/casinos because they are pet friendly. Been here many times and l have never had a problem with having my pet accompany me. When it comes to value they are very fair.

Hmmm the refrigerators are a little outdated and don't seem to get very cold. The microwaves work good.

That it was a cheap price for one night

The building was old and the rooms need to be updated. The area was surrounded by homeless and traffic.

maids did a decent job. restaurant was good. machines were tight.

it accepts pets

because we had a pet our bedcovers were worn and tattered. I asked they be replaced. the ones we got were better but they didn’t want newer ones on the beds because of the pets even though we paid extra for the pet. who btw did no damage to anything.

Roomy, quiet, great food at the restaurant.

No electricity on wall that the beds were on so could not get bedside lamp or plug in my phone charger there. Couldn't read in bed.

Bitter - Sweet (Charges for pets)

Best food specials around! Machines pay out!

Didn’t like that we were charged fees for our registered retired support dog that has cancer. past trip in May 2022 they respected her condition and didn’t charge us. Also area for dogs to relieve themselves real dirty with dropping, looks like no daily maintenance. Lastly not enough trash receptacles outside.

It's an older hotel but it's a good value, comfortable, clean, sanitary and a good location. It's convenient you don't have to walk far. They have a full Casino a full bar and a restaurant with all kinds of great cheap breakfast and dinner deals. They have a lot of security there all the time. I can't think of any emergency they couldn't handle immediately. I have never had time to try their pull out but I heard it's great

I don't really have any dislikes. It is the part of town where you may get a drunk Patron every now and then. But I see that in the high-end casinos on the strip

the welcome pack was amazing. free gift. free betting money and free dinner. felt like I was robbing them.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive but quiet and clean place to stay, the Longhorn is great:)

The rooms were simple but clean and quiet. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful both prior to our stay when I had various questions and at the time of check-in and checkout. Joanna was great, we were in a hurry to check in and get to our concert so she changed our room reservation to a room that was closer to save us time! Everybody was very nice and helpful.

There was really nothing I didn’t like, there was a faint smell of smoke from the casino in the lobby area but nothing too bad and no smoky smell in the room at all.

overall, all the amenities were nice, and i would stay here again!!

the staff was very nice and my room was very clean. i liked that there was a mini fridge, tv, and a hair dryer included in my room. when we checking in, the staff gave me a free souvenir, and i thought it was a nice touch :-) there's not a lot of traffic around the area, so all the restaurants and gas stations didn't have long lines compared to other busier locations :)

so this place is connected to a restaurant/casino area, and my friend and i had to be cautious around some of the people gambling there. we can't help who goes where, but after walking through the casino area, the actual hotel was fine! the only thing that would've made the experience 10 times better was if we had a microwave in our room.

Pleasant

The staff went out of their way to resolve issues like the pool being closed and correcting/discounting billing errors. Free spin to all guests on check in plus free drink in bar and money off voucher for eating in hotel restaurant.

Sporadic wifi signal. Carpets in rooms and corridors not clean. Pool closed for maintenance during part of our stay (but discount given on request).
