The staff.

The breakfast was, there wasn’t enough product in the grill or the market. Actually hardly any of the breakfast listed on the menu. I stayed for 3 days. The bed was extremely warm out. They didn’t even have something as simple as Cramer for the coffee.

The staff were very, very friendly. The room was large and the A/C worked very well. I thought the balcony was nice. Nice pool and workout area.

Our non-smoking room smelled very heavily of marijuana when we arrived. Not accusing the cleaning staff, but someone had smoked in there very recently.....like within an hour of us checking in. Skunky. There were two very large burns holes on the cushions of the couch. I flipped them over before my kids noticed. Reminded me of my college years. :)

Staff was very friendly and the location was close to a lot of food places.

This has nothing to do with the stay but the Interstate were a bit confusing.

The staff was friendly, it felt like a safe area, and our room had everything we needed.

There weren’t restaurants within walking distance but there was a whole shopping center nearby that had a great little ice cream shop.

Staff was courteous and the room was clean. No complaints there.

We were there for a youth soccer tournament put on by Sporting Kansas City. We had early game times (8am) and I’m not a coffee drinker. I was surprised there was no tea available; not even for purchase. Not a problem because I bought my own and frankly I understand the idea of cutting that out of the budget. However, on Saturday morning at 645am, the water was cold despite it being in a thermal container and I used the microwave to heat the water. On Sunday morning at 9am, the hot water container was empty. Disappointing from a service perspective.

Location

Rude staff, noisy crowds downstairs, dirty room, drawers left open, violence and danger due to overrun by guests and unkept.

Easy to find great location beds are comfy

The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed, hot shower.

The breakfast wasn't worth the extra price. 3 microwaved pancakes for $10 was a little disappointing.

The fact that they let us check in a little early. We had traveled all day and were ready to crash. The lobby was beautiful. The rooms were nice. Loved the balcony feature

There was hair all over the sheets. The pool itself was heated and great. The room the pool was in, was not. My daughter had steam coming off of her standing at the poolside. I didn't swim and it was miserable for me to sit there and watch her swim, so cold. It was 13 outside. That room needs a little heat

Convenient location away from the busiest areas. The pool was great! Very warm and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The TV kept losing signal and there were piles of sheets sitting in the hall outside a few of the rooms for multiple days. Kind of strange.
