The location, staff and breakfast was great!

Staff,location and rooms were just perfect!! We will definitely be staying again and again and again 😊.. 10 minutes away from Paycom, Bricktown !!

Absolutely nothing that we didn't like, the embassy and pool were just like the pictures.. No complaints of any kind.. Just perfect!!

Staff were great, very informative and friendly, check in was smooth and we were able to get to our room without much delay after a long travel. There was also free snacks and a happy hour 5-6.30 every evening which is a nice bonus after a long travel or day out

Room service wasn't great. Food arrived cold and order was wrong - we tried twice to have the kids meal re-done but it still arrived back covered in pesto & therefore went uneaten as it's not a topping you can easily remove/mask the taste of.

It was the same day basketball kids had a tournament and kids was running up and down the hallway during late hours. (Not the hotel fault).

A bit pricey for a room that didn’t have much privacy in the bathroom. The door didn’t seem secure enough.

Assessibility to town, being next to the hospital. I stay here when my mother is in the hospital. Their breakfast is top notch, and the bar is nice to settle down in the evening.

One elevator is working in the evening. Happened to be there at the same time as baseball teams, kids running everywhere. Usually, when I am here, it's a very professional setting, with limited children, maybe with families that are staying near the hospital. Usually, it's not an issue. Completely understand that this is not the hotels fault that people let their children run wild, but 20 people waiting on one elevator is not good. There was also a bachelor party going on, so the noise at the elevator was very, very loud. This is only happened this time when I have been staying here for years.

This is nothing against the hotel service but I forgot a tablet in the room when I checked out and didn’t think of it until the evening and when I called to see if they had fount it they said no, not sure what happen to it just know it fell of the night stand and I forgot all about it.

Nice hotel Room was very clean

The breakfast was great. The beds were comfy.

The pull out sofa bed is a joke. Much more comfortable to sleep on the actual couch. The blackout shades don’t completely block out light. And the pool wasn’t very warm so not enjoyable in the colder months.

The elevators were always packed and slow. This hotel was very crowded. The breakfast was good, but also very crowded.

Facility was clean and most everything was good.

In the second evening there was a giant cable that was knocked loose from wind and it kept hitting the outside of our wall and kept us awake all night
