Just wow awesome and staff so nice and helpful. Gave us a recommendation for a local mom and pop diner which was wonderful.

Great having a hot breakfast which a lot of places don’t do anymore. Getting the arrangements we asked for was really nice also.

Having to get room cards reissued for consecutive days wasn’t very convenient ( could have been a computer problem)

The room was clean

The air conditioner was not working the best so it kept getting hot at night when I had it set to 65 in room 305.

The location is convenient for us. Staff was very friendly. I love that breakfast is provided.

There was nothing we didn’t like. I do wish the pool had been open but if it couldn’t be then I do understand that.

Front desk staff courteous and helpful. Cleaning staff does an amazing job with the upkeep of facility. I have traveled extensively and to date this is the cleanest facility I have been to. Housekeeping staff deserve acknowledgment of this. When I return to Louisa I will definitely be booking here. Thanks for a great stay!
