Didn’t get to stay it would have nice to have known that they don’t let locals stay at the hotel, it was and very inconvenient that we had to find something else at the last minute I was not happy

We were not told that they do not rent rooms out to locals, which was a very inconvenient for me to try to find something else. At the last minute I was unhappy.

Meet and clean

Paul was not working if we didn’t known with the book somewhere else how far is accommodations very excellent

I called the hotel about the swimming pool and they lied about the pool in operational condition. I explained to them the whole reason the pool is important is because my grandbabies are not real trusting of the ocean so the pool was critical. They were also over $100 more to stay then the Red Roof Plus which is where we stayed. That was a great hotel for the accommodations and staff.

Overall was clean and quiet. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again

At check in they required the id from everyone so had to go back out to get it from my boyfriend. Breakfast was supposed to be till 930am but we came at 830am and they were already removing stuff and putting it away. Only one type of creamer available. Only waffles and toast, no selection had to go elsewhere to get an actual breakfast. No coffee in room so had to leave for that too. Rear entrance door doesn't close without being pushed or pulled shut so it was open and accessible to anyone outside the building key or no.
