Staff was nice.

Lots of noticeable damage to property. Water damage around windows, ceiling, Sheetrock adjacent to tub. Our first room had a section of carpet and pad completely missing down to the concrete on the back side of the bed one square foot. The first room also had multiple long black hairs on the sheets when the bed spread was pulled back to retire, requiring we move to a different room. A new room was supplied with no incidence but with more than some appreciation. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fine. I think it was a really nice place years ago but the furniture is worn out and stained. The pool was filled with sand and turned into a garden… not that we were going to swim… just saying. NeedS A LOT of TLC.

Cereal was nice. Great location next to MSR Cresson.

The air conditioning did not work in the room.

Breakfast was all packaged stuff like, muffins, donuts ext. no hot meal. Also found hair in the bed and trash still in the room. It wasn’t clean.

A clean room and better breakfast

The customer service from both the night host and morning host were welcoming and helpful.

The rooms were large and the breakfast was good. The dogs at the front desk were absolutely our favorite part. We will definitely be back.
