Die Aussicht ( gegen Aufpreis) und die Lage sind das einzige womit dieses Hotel punkten kann.

Es werden pro Nacht 100 USD Kaution fällig. Bei 7 Tagen sind das saftige 700 USD. Dann werden zusätzlich Beträge von der Kreditkarte einbehalten ohne Erläuterung oder Beleg. Bisher haben sie mir für den 7 Tage-Aufenthalt neben dem kompletten Zimmer satte 1600 USD einbehalten. Unbedingt beim Shopping-Budget einplanen. Absolut intransparente Vorgehensweise. Bisher wurde 2 mal kein Room-Service durchgeführt und die Handtücher sind nicht nur alt sondern teilweise zerfetzt. Wer eine schöne Aussicht in den oberen Etagen bezahlt, muss leider auch das permanente Klopfen und Quietschen des Fahrstuhls hinnehmen. Habe jede Nacht mit Ohrstöpsel geschlafen. Dieses Hotel ist weder seinen Preis noch die angeblichen 4 Sterne wert. Einfach unglaublich schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen.

At the arrival I have got some issues with my credit card, which I needed to solve with my bank. The staff was professional and flexible - I was able check-in with partial credit card deposit while they allowed me to settle the issue with my bank during the night (I am from Europe). Highly appreciated!

L’accueil est fantastique et vraiment très chaleureux.

Il manque un espaces dans le lobby pour s’asseoir, et attendre un peu, par exemple pour attendre un taxi.

Location is absolutely perfect. 10 minute walk to Times Square 10 minute walk to Empire State Building 2 minute walk to subway so it’s super convenient to get around Manhattan

I would prefer a heavy blanket for the bed. Thin sheets in November when it’s pretty cold outside.

I like the location walking wise..

driving was a hassle at times because it's located by the tunnel, in Hells kitchen. So we had to wait a little longer for Rode share or walk to another corner.

Great staff, clean. Check in was very fast. Close to Penn.

Location and easy access to public transport.

Limited space to keep cloths and very low water preassure in the bathroom.

Our room was not very clean and the A/C machine was inside the room and took up a lot of space and was very noisy. We decided to eat at the bar, the food was ok but very expensive for what we got (two hamburgers and fries). On top of that, I left a pair of pants in the room when we checked out. I had to make several calls before they finally checked the room. Of course, the first answer was: "It is not there." I recalled perfectly where I left them so I had to insist before they told me that got it. To make a long story short, it took me two weeks to have the pants back.I paid for the shipping. Overall the staff was not nice at all, unpleasant experience. Never Again

Good central location, the reception staffs were nice and there were free tea and coffee on the ground floor everyday.

The room was a bit small, hard to get into one side of the bed. The TV was crooked and we asked the reception 2 times to send someone in to fix it. But until we checked out noone had come to fix the TV

incredibly functional and well located hotel in Hudson Yards. If that's were you need to be for work, I highly recommend it. Food at the restaurant and breakfast is great. I've stayed here already 4 times. Always good.

The AC is loud. Suggest to turn off when sleeping.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice shower in the bathroom and I had a really lovely view.

It was on the small side, but perfect for one person.

They clean the room every two days. The way the staff over promise you and deliver nothing. Mine and my friends card was charged for the same booking, reassuring us in the most peppiest warmest way but I did not get a confirmation email clarifying in writing what she explained in person.
