Hôtel super, excellente literie pour bien récupérer après des longues journées, petit déjeuner au top et service parfait.

Pas de pancakes au petit déjeuner... Petit problème technique dans la salle de bain qui a nécessité des interventions.

Chambre confortable, emplacement à proximité de toutes commodités et très pratique. Salle de bain spacieuse et très propre. Diner du soir à l'hôtel correct. Personnel accueillant et disponible.

Wir hatten für 8 Nächte für drei Personen ein Studio Park Plaza mit Kingsize-Bett und Schlafsofa gebucht und darum gebeten, uns das größte Zimmer dieser Preiskategorie zur Verfügung zu stellen. Erhalten haben wir das Studio in der normalen Größe, welches durch das Ausklappen des Schlafsofas den Zugang zum Kingsize-Bett auf der einen Seite auf 10 cm Durchgangbreite beschränkte. Das Frühstück ist für diesen Preis absolut eintönig. Jeden Tag immer die gleiche Sorte einer Salamiwurst und zwei Käsesorten. Jeden zweiten Tag wurde von Rührei mit Bacon auf Sausages und Omelette gewechselt. Hingegen war die Auswahl an Muffins, Donuts, Cookies, Schmalzkuchen und Croissants deutlich vielfältiger. Nach dem Reinigen der Tische im Frühstücksraum mit einem nassen Tuch mußten wir diese regelmäßig mit einer Stoffserviette trocken wischen, da wir nicht an einem komplett nassen Tisch unser Frühstück einnehmen wollten. War das Hotel gut ausgebucht, mußten beim Frühstücksraum zwischen 8:30 und 9:00 Wartezeiten von bis zu 10 Minuten in Kauf genommen werden, da die Platzkapazität nicht ausreichen ist.

Nothing! Maybe the coffee in the morning wasn't great, and the breakfast was limited ( but lovely), so if I had any real complaints, it would be the scratchy carpet in the bedroom! . Like I said Nothing!

Spacious rooms with super comfortable king beds and crisp cotton bedding. Best pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel! Friendly, helpful, welcoming front desk staff and porter. Fantastic location but really quiet room.

Me gusto mucho el desayunador, la barra, y la habitación con el baño muy cómodo, el desayuno muy bueno, agregaría algún jugo más natural y huevos revueltos todos los días pero igual estaba todo excelente. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y en una calle muy silenciosa

2a vez que nos hospedamos no LUMA. Equipe gentil e muito atenciosa - sem exceções! Instalações novas, poucos quartos por andar (= elevadores rápidos), banheiro e roupas cama/banho bons, bastante iluminação! Cama e travesseiros excelentes, rolôs blackout eficiente e de tela solar automatizados. Espelho de aumento. Nespresso. Bom café da manhã (25 USD/pessoa), excelente localização para nossos propósitos: próximo a Times Square sem a sujeira e o barulho.

dia sim/dia não tem fritada em vez de ovos mexidos no café da manhã... o quarto que tem janela para a rua é mais claro que o que tem janela para o prisma interno NY está muito cara para brasileiros

Location to Times Square and Bryant Park were great! Although we weren't overly impressed with the cleanliness of Times Square, it certainly was very close to all the action. We walked in every direction.

We actually found blood on the duvet tucked under the bed, we didn't actually see this until the morning we checked out when we were stripping the beds. The floors were strange and sticky, not tile, not carpet but almost like flooring you would see in a pontoon boat. Although we upgraded to a City view, the only thing you could see was the small sitting area across the street, nothing else. The room seemed small for 2 king size beds, I feel like 2 queens would have given 4 people more room to move around.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean with amenities that we appreciated, generally we also felt very safe. With all the terrible reviews of other hotels in NYC, we were really glad to have stayed here as it was exactly what was described.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in NYC. The property is very modern, comfortable, and clean. They have an arrangement with a nearby gym that you can use for free. The bellhop is terrific.

The location was fantastic - midway between Bryant Park and Times Square. Public Transportation all around. The staff really made our stay wonderful. They were so helpful and answered all of my questions knowledgeably. Very friendly and remembered us through out our stay. They even suggested sending the room service robot up to our room to deliver kid sized slippers for our girls. It was so much fun! My girls loved meeting the robot. We were also thrilled to have 2 KING sized beds! We slept more peacefully because everyone had plenty of room.

There is no view form the lower floor, especially the room face the back of the building.

one of the elevators got stuck a few times. when that happens it can take 10-15 just to get down since you might need to wait a few rounds for when it comes with room for you to actually get in. wait to get seated for breakfast was too long even though there were free tables. (took time for an employee to attend the entrance). it didn’t bother us much but sometimes you can still hear the street noise (cars beeping) from your room, we were 10th floor.
