一泊目はシングルユースのツイン部屋で埃ぽい匂い、お風呂はカビ臭い、冷蔵庫は冷えないの最悪でクレームあげると2日目はツインユースの部屋に変えてくれました。2日目の部屋は良かったです。予約時、ツイン標準と書いてあったので押さえたのですがシングルユースとツインユースの違いを予約ページに表示してほしい:

Sapporo Grand was right smack in shopping central. Wow! The room was spacious and well-provided for. Staff was courteous but hesitant to further engage guests. Concierge was very helpful in storing our luggage. No worries about leaving things anywhere in Japan. They will always be where you left them. Mega-relief! Mega-respect!

Considering the hotel rate charged, we were looking forward to a fitness facility at a “grand” hotel. There was none. Pity. Also, an onsen was amiss.

百合の花　花粉症の方は可哀想　花粉が朝食会場まで似合う スタッフの対応がホテルの知名度とミスマッチ 接客態度は、表面上は良いけれど、お願いした事に対してはとても低い 客層も悪くビックリしている。 もっと上質を感じる素敵なホテルを目指して欲しい。

Spacy room with big comfy even for twin beds. Amenity has everything you need. Very convenient from Sapporo station, easy to walk to from train all the way through the underpass to hotel.

1. Facial care amenities are great with boy/girl ones but we are 2 girls, would have loved both girl ones :) 2. It is not far to walk from statiin but a little disoriented when we first arrive, so would be great if hotel can provide clear walking direction under the ground

札幌中心部で駅近なのでアクセスが良い。 部屋は広く、古いホテルだけれど清潔に保たれていた。アメニティも充実していた。

The location was great. Size of the room was bigger than expected. The staff showed us to our rooms and showed real interest in explaining features of the room and the hotel. Upgraded us to a private dining room for breakfast. Amazing breakfast. Walked us to our bus transport located. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing buffet selection and spacious room. The staff was extremely friendly and special mention to the concierge team who was extremely polite and suggested activities for us. Can be accessed via Underground Street which leads directly to the train station extremely convenient during the winter!

AC was dusty and made it hard to sleep as I have dust allergies, should definitely improve on this aspect.

位置位于JR札幌至大通，距离主要景点、车站、商场均方便可走地下链接通道直达 早餐可选择自助或日式早餐，很多原料为道产，非常丰富，面包房的点心味道不错 有机场连通巴士、正门有出租车 入住的东楼大床房空间适宜，整洁舒适

房間算大，交通很便利，B1直通電車入口，早餐很好吃，甚至有霜淇淋，有充足的服務人員，服務周到

飯店有歷史，硬體些微老舊，價格不算太便宜

Normal room was terrible for 2, what I booked and saw in the website, was completely different, when come to the room for couple. Is so small that, me and husband unable to move freely and luggages unable to take along. We had no choice but upgrade the room to the one, that I saw online and is the newer wing, so much better and of course, I ended up paid alot more.

Should had allow us to choose online, I don't mind to pay more abit, but when I upgraded on the spot, I ended up paid hell much more.
