The location

On arrival, a lady at the reception area seemed confused about where our rooms were, so she asked the other lady. The noise was terrible. On Friday night, a lady after 12 was using vulgar languages and no staff reprimanded her. On Saturday night leading into Sunday morning until 3 am men were laughing loudly and shouting outside our rooms. We called security but the noise still went on after 2 hours. This is really unacceptable and the first place ever that we have experienced this from the many places we stayed at during vacation. Another issue we had were with the cleaners. They removed our 2 towels from our room. When we had asked about it they said that it would be back from the laundry at 2pm on saturday , but nothing. On Sunday morning when my husband went to ask for the towels they said they are checking. After 15 minutes I went back to ask for them. The lady told me that they are checking for it, so I told her, if I didn't get my towels, I will take the 2 from the room which belonged to Ecotel. A few minutes later, I received them. We left around 0730 and were so exhausted. We could not wait to leave Ecotel.
