Maria, the property Manager met us upon arrival . Her professionalism and competence were exceptional, and her friendliness and caring made a huge difference to our stay. We loved the location and the building, our apartment was spacious, quiet, exceptionally clean and very pleasant. We had parking at the back of the building which was a huge bonus in this small city. Maria made excellent suggestions about places and restaurants to visit which we followed through, and this made our stay so memorable.

Clean bight modern apartment. Anna was on site when we arrived and was extremely helpful, sharing information about the area. She was readily available to answer any of our questions.

We thought we were booking a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment but there was only one bathroom. You really need to look at the pictures for your specific apartment on the booking.com site not to be misled. But regardless, the apartment was great.

Anna met us at the apartment and was very friendly. She was very attentive. We locked ourselves out of the safe but she was quick to answer our messages and get the situation resolved. There are two balconies and one has a laundry line if you need to use the washer. There were 2 detergent pods provided if you needed to do laundry. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfy. The apartment is a very good size so you don’t feel cramped. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the old town/Venetian harbour, which has tons of boutiques and restaurants.

There was no lighting on the side of the building. We came back to the apartment around 11pm and it was quite dark. It was not a huge deal as the area did seem safe.

Anna was very helpful. I messed up with the security lock and she came over during the weekend to help. She did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The property is at a great location which is close to the city center but in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

The apartment was comfort, clean, beautiful and very well equipped. The service was great. Anna was super nice and kind and answer any question or need we had. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Great location, able to walk into the town and easy access to nearby beaches. Apartment was cleaned regularly and had all facilities needed.

Anna, who was looking after us since we booked our stay on Booking.com, provided detailed instructions on how to retrieve the keys from the lockbox. Easy to follow and no hassle whatsoever.

There was no good breakfast place nearby, they used to have a coffee shop downstairs, however it was closed when we stayed at Spring Apartments. Minor issue, not a big deal actually.

Wonderful apartment for 4 people with parking. Totally equiped with anything you need. People there happy to help with anything needed.

The apartment was very spacious,clean and had stunning views. 2 bathrooms 1 with a bath and the other a shower. The balcony from the living room was huge with lovely views especially at sunset. The apartment had a washing machine,full usable kitchen and was a short 5min walk to local shops and groceries. Great location and Anna the manager was so friendly, attentive and happy to help with any questions we had. We will definitely be returning.

It was a very spacious clean modern appartment on walking distance of the old town. Superb ! Very comfy beds. 3 spacious balconies. Everything you need for a perfect stay.

The operations manager Anna was awesome. She was very detailed about all of the essential information needed to check in. She sent us a WhatsApp message with videos so we knew exactly what to do. I really appreciated how readily available she was with anything that we needed. The location was within a 10 minute walking distance to the Chania's city centre both the old historical location and the new where all the newer shopping chains were along with tons of cafes and restaurants. The location was a 10! The added bonus for these apartments is the free parking. They have their own private lot right on the property which was great since we rented a car.

The only thing that I had an issue with was with Booking.com. I had initially reserved a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. However minutes after I booked it, Booking.com sent me an email offering me an upgrade to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit which I accepted and paid for on the spot. Since I had received confirmation from Booking.com with the new unit, I figured it was complete. However, it turns out, Booking.com never notified Spring Apartments about the change. About a week before our travel date, I was notified by Spring Apartments that the 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit I had reserved was booked out to someone else. We travelled with 3 adults and 1 teenage son, and I have to say having only 1 bathroom was not enough for us. It was manageable, but it was not the most comfortable since the bathroom was extremely small.
