The shower was immense.
Electricity continuously goes off. Food was disappointing, but that's typical of Lao.

Very comfortable bed.
Unfortunately, a bunch of other clients were very noisy after midnight, slamming doors and talking loudly in the hallway. It took 2 calls (the last one around 1:30am) to the reception for these clients to stop being noisy.

The hotel was very comfortable and served me well for a short work trip!

The breakfast is very rich, the room is very clean, the window view is beautiful, and the hotel service staff are very friendly.
The wind from the air conditioner smells like cigarettes and smells bad.

I forgot my toiletries in the bathroom and the housekeeper brought it to the reception so I got it back about two hours after I had checked out. Besides, the breakfast buffet has greatly improved since my last stay.

Could anyone explain to me why, when plenty of other rooms are available, the room right next to the one we've booked is assigned rather than the second next available?
