Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, position of hotel is great, and we enjoyed the amenities and extra treats. Coffee and tea available all day, as well as cake. Room was comfortable and clean.
We stayed in a room overlooking High Level Road which is noisy.

Nice welcoming
Parking on the street and cold floors - we were only given sleepers on the second night and the bed and pillows are not as comfortable as other 5 stars hotels

Everything was just amazing and the facilities are exactly like the pictures . The staff was so sweet and helpful .
I didn’t like the fact that when I came back from my daily activities the food I left in my room was opened by house keeping .

Staff were so helpful and went the extra mile for everything, breakfast was really nice, good coffee to start the day. Our room was clean and a nice size, close to V&A waterfront and lots of nice restaurants and a supermarket at the end of the road. Would recommend to friends and will stay again on our next trip to Cape Town.

The location is central to main areas
The check in was not too great, if there is load shedding the door can’t be heard so we waited outside for a while before being able to get in. The parking situation is a bit strange and guests are not able to leave without 1st asking someone to open. The room is noisy with street traffic. There is no view even though the booking said the room has a Mountain View. The pedestals next to the bed are tarnished / stained.

Helpful, friendly staff. Perfect brekky. Delicious afternoon cake, afternoon drinks (not free) very good. Attention to detail evident everywhere, as was true customer focus. Decor is a pleasant mix of industrial and garden. We had a divine city/waterfront view, partially, ideally, screened by lovely trees.

Our stay was great and this was due to the friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was excellent.
The property was a little out of the way but within walking distance of the Waterfront area.

Ideal location and very safe. Warm, friendly, helpful staff who were always on hand. lovely little touches like a daily cake to enjoy after a morning of exploring and a sweet on your pillow at night. just wonderful all round.

The staff were so accommodating! I felt very safe as a solo traveller. The driver Peter was lovely and tooo me everywhere I needed to go. He even collected me earlier than booked when I finished hiking. And he drove me an hour to my next hotel. The room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The robes in the room were so soft. And I loved the turn down service when they placed sweets on the pillow. The receptionist Reyln was so friendly and booked an amazing restaurant at the waterfront for me. I can’t recommended this hotel enough. Absolutely perfect.

Staff were amazing! They were friendly and went out of their way! The breakfast was very good! Coffee machine made a superb coffee.
Beautiful guest area and our suite was large and comfortable. I would recommend this stay!
Unfortunately, our bed base needed to be replaced. The staff tried their best to change the mattress but it still slumped in. I was told that they would be replacing the base next week. Secured Parking area is small and on a first come first serve bases. We thankfully didn’t have a problem. I would not park on the street.

We had the most wonderful stay at the tree house hotel. We only stayed 1 night for my birthday, but wished we could have stayed for far longer. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfy, and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. The staff were all absolutely amazing, super friendly and helpful and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We booked a couples massage through the hotel and when we returned to our room we found a bottle of bubbly waiting for us with a note wishing me a happy birthday from the staff. It's the lovely little touches like this that make a hotel stand out from the rest. I hope we can return to this gem soon.

Tree house is a charming little hotel, a nice outdoor area with a little garden and very friendly staff
Half of the rooms face a road with heavy traffic. Although I was on the third floor it was noisy and not at all the quite experience I had expected from a hotel of this kind.

it was NOT their fault but we moved due to load shedding inconvenience. The larger hotel chains had Back-up generators.

my recommendation for additions to the suite: 1. mini bar; 2. box of tissues in bedroom and bathroom; 3. separate bin in bathroom; 4. more toiletries
otherwise the place is perfect

Breakfast in the small dining area were a delight, a good way to start the day. A really good selection of fish fruit and great cooked eggs. The location is close enough to the Waterfront, a short 10 minute walk. It's quiet and off the beaten track and yet centre to everything.
Nothing the hotel could do about it but the rolling power cuts are annoying. Check to see what the situation and be prepared for length power outages.

property was lovely, quirky, attention to detail, cake and coffee on hand every day 24 hours, 24 hr gin bar, proudly SA wine available. breakfasts were delicious! comfortable homely atmosphere and staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for you, to make your stay extra special. the rooms were large and spacious and the location is great , very central, close to the V&A Waterfront and Stadium and vineyards restaurants and pubs!

It was situated in a nice neighborhood, convenient to restaurants and a short ride from V&A Warterfront and other tourist attractions. The room had a lovely view of the city and ocean from the balcony. It was really clean and room service cleaned up well after us as well. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. JP was an amazing host that made sure we were taken care off during our stay - he even called our room to make sure we didn’t miss breakfast! Overall it was a great experience and I know I have a great option of where to stay whenever I visit Capetown.
everything was perfect.
