Very clean and well equipped. large room with large balcony. Very friendly and helpful owner. Very near to the ocean and with the current construction will be a very sought after place. small and intimate. A ver nice restaurant next door and a little supermarket a few meters away.
A little too far from Batumi centre. Very busy road in front of property.

Nice location close to the beach. Friendly staff and comfy room.
It was quite cold and there were no blankets, only thin bed sheets. Luckily the A/C did warm the room up a bit.

This is an amazing place! the room was spacious and very clean, a great view from the window on the mountains, also you can see the beautiful eucalyptus trees and hear the birds singing all day. The room was cleaned every day. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location, close to the beach, shop, cafe. We really fell in love with this place!!!

Very good location. The stay without breakfast but there's a very good cafe next to the hotel. A close is the city bus station to Batumi and Sarpi.
