The lady who attended to us was very friendly, considerate and helpful. She is kind and catered for everything we needed, except for stuff that was beyond her control.
The family room has no privacy. As parents we were expected to sleep in a bed that has no door barring children who are sleeping in a supposedly 'another' bedroom. We ended up having to pay R2400 for another room in order to get privacy. Another issue that was disappointing for us was same breakfast every day, even the yogurt was same flavour, everyday.
