Disgusting Rude attitude from the receptionist Babalwa wow her attitude is on another level

I love going there most of the time but this day on I was treated like a nobody by 1 of the the staff named Babalwa, A young lady who gave me a very bad attitude and was very Rude to me not remembering that without me she doesn't have a job

Treatment how I was treated above all I was there for 3 days I only wanted to change a room so that the one I was in could be cleaned

Superb

It was okay, the caretaker or the manager lady was good and kind to us.

The other receptionist lady was not so kind to us, she was moody but the other one was so kind and friendly.

Terrible..could not sleep whole night , no air conditioning and too much noise

There was no breakfast served, only coffee

Air conditioning was not working..couldn’t sleep all night, too much noise on passages through out the night, no control

There was no breakfast available, though it said bed and breakfast. This was not good, Meals were not easily accessible

Booking ,com gave me an option to pay later, butr deducted my money immediately they got my credit card details. This was not integrity
