Location is great. nice swimming pool, close to swimming pool, friendly staff

room was falling to bits. laminate flooring was all lifting up and coming apart and girlfriend ripped her toe nail off after tripping up on it.
Air con didn’t work in 40 degree heat, chink of plaster fell on us in bed from the ceiling.

Breakfast - no water , no fruit , no coffee .
Our room is really old , not finished construction inside , broken furniture , dirty bed , dirty carpet , dirty bathroom with hair .

I did not like the property, was definitely not a 4 star hotel. rooms was very dirty and stuffy. shower didn’t work properly. I also got charged £275 when booking was only showing £160 when I booked.

Somehow near from the beach
The staff is not friendly at all, we asked for water and room tissues and glasses without any help. Towels and room service are not available when requested, but scheduled even if it's an emergency.
Very poor breakfast only tried it once.

Food and service were very good.
No WiFi in rooms only in lobby and bad connection. Advertised to have WiFi but not in the rooms.

The manager.The location,pool and a good breakfast
After staying here a few times it’s sad to see it go down hill.Not so clean.Toilet kept flushing and fridge didn’t work.Rude,unhelpful,uninterested staff who could do with some clean clothes.
Manager very helpful when had a problem.
