We were not allowed to have the complimentary breakfast! We were told it was from 7-10! I came down around 9 and me hey would not work to get into the breakfast area! Staff said they didn't know why and told me that I could purchase breakfast from the bar!

When I called and spoke to Gary African American man at desk) I was told on the phone there were no more rooms available with two beds. When I booked it online, there was a room with two beds. We checked in and asked him about breakfast. He said it it starts at six and ends at 10 when we came downstairs for breakfast. We was asked by a Caucasian lady I believe her name was Tanya what floor (is breakfast segregated)? What does it have to do with breakfast? She says let me get your room number we said 7-Eleven she tells us we don’t have breakfast on our reservation. I then proceeded to go back to my room to get my computer as I return to show her my receipt that shows clearly we had breakfast on our reservation, she begins to tell me that “ oh this reservation is only for breakfast for one person. She had no remorse, she never took the time out to look in the computer to get the proper information. Your staff needs compassion and training. I was only in town due to my mother’s death and this is how you treated me I’m very disgusted and will never be back.

Fast check in! Very clean room and quiet area! Also the breakfast is phenomenal! I highly recommend!

Bar as not open every night

I couldn’t check in at all

The location and bar inside the hotel. The Dunkin’ Donuts we were able to eat breakfast at because the hotel stopped serving breakfast at 10am. DunkinDunkin’ Donuts was literally right outside the hotels front door. I walked there. I liked the shopping centers and mall that were close by.

The king room was extremely dusty. The bed was uncomfortable. The walk in shower does not have doors, instead it has one glass wall to cover half of the shower. The other half of the shower leaves you exposed, which caused me to feel cold air while showering and when coming out of the shower, however, it was better than having a nasty shower curtain.
