A great apartment with everything we needed! We enjoyed the semi-rural location and the walks alongside the river into Lauterbrunnen. It was easy to access all the sights, trains & gondalas via the local bus. The view from the patio is wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Beautiful location where you can sit on the back porch and enjoy the waterfalls of the beautiful Lauterbrunnen Valley away from the crowds. The home was clean well stocked and very comfortable. Great communication with the host. The bus stop is right by the home, and the walk into town was enjoyable so we often opted that. We would love to return.

While planning our trip to Switzerland, one of my struggles was where to stay in the Berner Oberland region as a homebase for visiting the various places in the Alps. I found the perfect spot! Choosing Lauterbrunnen was the right decision, but selecting this apartment was even better. The apartment was the best accommodation we had the entire trip, and we stayed at some lovely places. First, the apartment is spacious, with plenty of room for couples and those with kids. It was impeccably clean - cleaner than any place I have stayed. We felt like we were in a brand new apartment. It was on the ground floor (no stairs!) of a very cute and quiet community just on the outskirts of the main street of town. We had a car which was very convenient for us, but if you don’t have a car the bus stop is right across the street from the apartment and the route takes you into town and to other locations, including the train station, in minutes. We used the bus a few times. The views from the apartment were just as lovely as being in the center of town, but even better because it was peaceful and quiet, and the town center was literally less than five minutes away by car or bus. Yet we could see the same scenery without being in the midst of all of the tourist crowds. From the back porch of the property we sat at the table and looked up at the beautiful alps, and there was a waterfall in plain view. Sitting on the porch in the evening was our favorite thing to do in the evening. It was also a place where we could take walks down to the river and through the valley on our own. Trummelbach Falls was two bus stops away, and we were able to get to our other excursions to Schilthorn and Junfraujoch with ease. The apartment had everything that we needed. We cooked our meals in the evening in the kitchen which was well appointed. We were also able to do our laundry at the apartment, which was extremely convenient. Check-in was very easy, and the communication was great, with lots of information provided on everything we could need provided in the notebook., along with some sweet treats. The furniture and the decor of the apartment was comfortable, clean and modern. Staying at this apartment made us feel at home and frankly was one of the highlights of our trip and the best decision we made. Thank you so much for our stay in the magical Lauterbrunnen Valley! I would return to this location/apartment again without hesitation; highly recommend!

Harry’s place is roomy and the kitchen has everything you need. A real plus was having a washing machine and some detergent left for us. The property manager, Tina, did not come by but we figured everything out.

From the beginning to the end of our short stay, this was very smooth process . The apartment is clean, spacious and has all the needs for your stay. Beautiful views from the patio, easy access to public transportation and clear communication from Harry the owner. Only wish we could stay longer and enjoy more time away from home. Definitely recommend to all.

A great place to stay if you only have a few days as you can travel to both sides of the mountain easily.

Harry’s place was the perfect home for our family’s holiday in Lauterbrunnen. It is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook some meals at the chalet and we especially enjoyed eating dinners on the patio with breathtaking views. You can hear the waterfalls which were so peaceful as well. Harry is an excellent host and very responsive in answering our questions. The check in process was easy and we would book again in the future.

We found this apartment to be all that we needed. The bus transportation was very close and convenient. It was a little bit away from the main part of town (still a walkable distance), so was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

My husband and Stayed here with our 19 year old granddaughter. The entire place is just as described. It is in a complex of several two story/four unit holiday rentals on the main road between Lauterbrunnen and Trummelbach Falls. We were there during COVID and seemed to be the only ones around so very quiet and restful. Beautiful views, bus top very close, great internet for our granddaughter who needed it for college study purposes. We would definitely rent again. Our only suggestion would be to provide separate, marked bins for the recycling requirements.

Our time in Lauterbrunnen at Harry's condo was more than we could ask for. The condo is well outfitted with all the necessary appliances, kitchen tools, and information to make your stay comfortable and easy. Harry's communication and information was always timely and clear. The location is great, and would be a fine place to stay even without a car. A short 5-10 minute walk along the river leads you to the center of Lauterbrunnen where you can dine, grocery shop, or get transportation throughout the valley and beyond. The beauty of the area is stunning. We were two couples, celebrating a 25th wedding anniversary together. We are truly delighted with the choice we made to stay at Harry's condo. We would love to return. Thank you Harry for everything you did to make our stay special.

Everything was perfect. Spotless and very spacious place for our family of 4. Beautiful views. We had a day of rain but the owner gave us great rainy day ideas for activities (Caves and chocolate making in Interlaken) which were a huge hit. Loved everything about this place!

This apartment has everything you need. The location is perfect if you want to experience the beauty of waterfalls and nature in your own backyard. The property is spotless and Tina is wonderful. If you need anything, she is right there. I will be returning next year and Harry thank you. You have been great and answered every question I had before I arrived.

Very enjoyable stay. The apartment is clean, spacious and very well equipped. A small shop is nearby at the campground and there are buses from the door to all the local attractions.

Very nice and clean. It was just as pictured with breathtaking views outside all around. Easy transportation with the bus stop just outside the apartment. Would have been helpful if we had been shown around the apartment more fully. (Be sure and push the button in the electrical control panel after bathing or showering or the hot water will not reheat. No one told us until we contacted them about the hot water heater not working. Took hours to restore hot water.) Thank you, Harry Massey for sharing your lovely home with us!!

We (2 couples) spent 3 nights in Lauterbrunnen at this comfortable apartment. The beds were just right, the kitchen handy and the location was excellent. Mr. Massey, the owner, provided excellent information in advance about the area. Tina, the housekeeper, was friendly and helpful upon our arrival. It was a wonderful stay! Thank you!!

We stayed at Harry's apartment for four nights and could have easily stayed for a lot longer. The apartment itself was large and spacious, clean and tidy with plenty of room for my wife & I and our two adult sons. The apartment was an easy stroll to town and the view from the terrace area was spectacular. It is a great place to base yourself to explore Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken, Jungfraujoch and all the towns & villages in the area. We found Harry to be extremely helpful from booking to departure and he provided all the information we needed to ensure our stay in Lauterbrunnen was special. I would certainly stay here if we are fortunate enough to visit the area again. Thanks Harry for making our visit memorable. Tony, Kay & the boys.
