The air condition didn’t work, no minibar and the WiFi don’t work at all. One restaurant with lousy breakfast and bad service. The restaurant don’t serve alcohol. It you want a glass of wine to your meal you have to go across the hotel fo the bad to buy it and then bring it to the table of your own. The hotel is full of mosquitoes and other bugs. And worst of all they overcharge you. It is definitely not a four star hotel. At maximum it’s a two star hotel. Due to bad WiFi I had to change hotel. The five star hotel I changed to only charged $3 more per night. When I canceled the other nights the manager argued with me saying I should have specified in writing before my stay that WiFi was a must. For the record WiFi, air condition and minibar is in the add.

the rooms were open and ventilated, and the balcony is a definite plus. the restaurant was airy and the food was good. definitely value for money.
