Breakfast was good, I think it can be somewhat better, but the room, the room was great, very comfy.

I liked the staff, they were kind and friendly

Theres no noise cancelling, you could hear everything what the other room was talking etc.

Front desk

The confirmation email you sent me had the name of the correct hotel and the address of an incorrect hotel. I wasted a bunch of money going all the way downtown from the airport just to find out that the location I was supposed to be at was very close to the airport. I don't know who the idiot is booking.com or the hotel but I will never use either one of y'all ever again Hilton hotels or booking.com

The thing that I liked about this property was its location. the property was near the airport and other locations that I was visiting

The things that I did not like about this property was the staff including the security. I arrived in a car that has a handicap placar that I use for my disability. As son i exited my car the security was asking if I really needed to park on a handicap parking space. The same thing with the front desk staff after the security had told them that I had parked on a handicap parking space. I had to explain to them why I had the handicap placar and the reason I parked on that parking space which I found unnecessary and rude.
