Bathroom had hairs in bath and sink. Room obviously hadn’t been cleaned from previous occupant properly….. staff on checking in were not polite. Think they don’t like tourists more of a business location .

We stayed for a long weekend and were happy with our hotel choice. It's was very close to the subway so extremely convenient for getting around quickly. Everyone on the staff from front desk to cleaning crew were cheerful and kind. My husband especially enjoyed breakfast, lots of regional options- I am a vegetarian and there was just enough meat-free options (rice, salad, breads, egg) to put together a little breakfast for me as well but I would have been happy with a few more options. The room was compact but very organized and comfortable. The onsen facilities were basic but nice.

We would have liked to be able to turn the air conditioning on. We opened the window to cool the room down but doing this we could smell cigarette smoke and all the outside noise was very present in the room- even on the 12th floor.

その土地の食事を準備してくれてたので、朝食も楽しめました。また、加湿器を依頼したのですが、スタッフの方がとても気持ちよく対応してくれたので快適でした。アクセスもよく、また利用したいと思ってます。

I HAVE NOT TRIED THE BREAKFAST, SO I CAN'T TELL ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. EXCELLENT LOCATION, CLOSED TO SUBWAY STATION. ROOM IS TINY BUT COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. RECEPTIONISTS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

友人との食事をするのにもアクセスが良く便利であった

朝食のメニュー構成（名古屋飯）は良かったが、折角の食材が冷たく残念だった。 温かいものは温かく食べたかったです。 冷えた手羽先は固くて食べられたものではなかった。 残念でした。

エントランス、お部屋、大浴場も全て綺麗だった

建物が綺麗だった。

①朝食会場の席間取りの若干狭い。コーヒーサーバーが抽出時間が長く、列を作ってしまう。 ②ベッド下の荷物収納スペースがある分、ベッド位置が高くて、上がる時に煩わしい ③部屋に置いてある紙コップが少しチープに感じる。 ④駐車場(2000円)は少し高いと思う。 ⑤立体駐車場が明らかに空いているように見えるのに、「満車だ」と言われ提携駐車場まで行かされると、車や相手を見て選んでるのではないかと感じる

受付で対応してくれた方がとても親切でした、設備に関しても簡単な説明をして頂けたので助かりました あとは大浴場があるのがとてもよかったです、部屋のテレビから今の込み具合なども見られるので空いてる時間なども確認出来るのはかなり好印象です!

栄のドンキが近いからか、夜の時間帯は少しばかりガラの悪い方が多いな~と思いました。男の一人旅とかでしたら問題無く使えますが、女性の一人利用とか家族で向かう時はタクシーなどを使ったほうがいいかも

名古屋繁華街の「栄」や娯楽の中心地の「錦」などから徒歩圏内であるものの、ホテル自体の場所はその喧騒からは離れているのはバランスが良いと思います。朝食もあり、なしを選べて当日希望しても、前日予約と200円の差のみというのも良いと思いました。（別な機会に宿泊したビジホは当日だと一気に倍の値段になるとのことでビックリしました）。あとは、やはり大浴場があって良かったです。

駐車場ありで探して予約したのですが、現地に行くまで駐車場台が別途一泊2,000円というのに気づきませんでした。単に自分の不注意だとは思いますが、その点に気づいていればもしかすると別な選択をしていたかもしれません。

Everything in the room was very clean and well organised, e.g. bathroom, TV.

A couple of minute walk from a metro station, but not bad.

Friendly and accommodating front desk and staff. Onsen. Complete room amenities.Had enough privacy--we rarely bumped into anyone in the lobby, elevator and floor....and hotel was almost full. We would just hear doors opening and closing. Location was great--near malls, convenient stores and subway. Taking the train back to airport was a breeze!

Room was a bit cramped. Would have preferred 2 twin beds instead of 1full double.

Booked 2 rooms and confirmed arrival early. Unfortunately the rooms were not arranged before our after 3pm arrival. Checked in was delayed and communication was a challenge. Fortunately there was one staff who was able to speak some English. Mine was a single room with very limited space. The bed was tilting. Reckon the mattress was not rotated regularly. Other than the always fully booked spa, there isn't any other facility. The restaurant was minimally set up. Hotel has limited carpark space. I parked our car at the nearby central park carpark.
