its a very compact, easily connected to the metro and main road and yet quite and secluded with good security, apartment. It was awesome that one could cook. Although the price is a little high but the area in general is kind of expensive in terms of housing so maybe that is why...I stayed for almost a month and it was very comfortable without any invasion of privacy etc

the price could have been a bit less considering I stayed for almost a month, but I guess thats okay...also there wasnt a full size mirror in the room which i felt was a bit lacking. Otherwise it was a good fully furnished place. There was no water sometimes but the caretaker would take care of it as and when required.

The place was central to most of the destinations.

The amount at the time of booking was mentioned Rs 9000 for three nights but I had to pay 10600 + electricity which was not mentioned in the deal and also I had asked for a bill which was not provided.

Huge apartment few minutes walk from metro station, close to commercial roads in southest New Delhi; all the privacy you need. Property very helpfull. Shops, markets and restaurants very close.

Not too easy to find even for taxi drivers: you need to call property for reaching the location.
