Studio bien décoré, spacieux et confortable. Très calme. Jardin très agréable. A proximité de la vieille ville avec un petit peu de marche. Parking privé appréciable. Propriétaire très sympathique.

We spent a day here before going to Hvar. I texted Ana that I was due to arrive earlier than the 14:00 check-in time. She immediately gave me an answer that the room was already ready at 11:00. She was kindly welcomed. The little garden was beautiful and made my dog happy. From here, Dioklecijanova Palaca is a 10-minute walk. It wasn't noisy around the apartment. The interior is the same as the picture and it was clean. Air conditioning and appliances worked well.

Because it's summer, the duvet could be thin, but it was too thin. I think a slightly warmer blanket would help me sleep better. And the towels had a bit of a bad smell.

Ana’s property is beautiful just like in photos. We rented this unit for us and the second unit for our friends. Sparkly clean, organized. Everything in place. Personal touch everywhere you look. Ana pays attention to little details that make your stay incredibly cozy. She welcomes you with refreshments in refrigerator, snacks, candy, fresh fruits. One day we came to freshly baked pastries with plums from her garden, they were delicious. Freshly ironed linens, fresh towels, stoked kitchen with everything you need. Washing/laundry machine was a big plus when you travel for a while. Patio area is gorgeous you feel like at home. Available two car parking was a bonus. Walking distance to everything in Split was amazing. Amazing! Highly recommend if you are seeking a true Croatian hospitality Ana is your host.
