The apartment was in an ideal location for us ,within walking distance of art galleries , shops, metro stations, boat trips and Tuileries Gardens where we went for a stroll every evening. The apartment itself is ideal for 2 people , is modern, with clean lines , tons of wardrobe and storage space , a fabulous kitchen, very effective air-conditioning and very quiet. The service staff were wonderful and attended daily. We liked the keypad access system.

I had the impression that this was an apartment hotel, but in fact there are just a few holiday apartments in a property of both commercial and residential lettings . Public areas are not as well maintained as the apartments are , so first impressions of the building are not good. Concierge is not a physical presence but a remote access individual who was very helpful . We assumed luggage would be stored on checkout but this is not the case.

Low ceilings and very little natural light. For the 'at first glance' 'excellent' spec the following are missing: misrepresentation on the second bedroom as it has no window but a fake window. To be clear - we would not have booked if we knew the second bedroom had no window but a light box in its place. No towel rails, windows do not open properly, broken blind, toilet holders loose on the wall, lights make a weird buzzing sound in the lounge. For the money invested in this property these are sloppy mistakes. We were also asked by security if we had a water leak as the building had an issue the morning of checkout which is worrying so we were happy to checkout. We reported all these issues to the agency on leaving.

Great location (St Honore) with easy access to tourist attractions, metro and shopping. Food is available within 10 min walk, though because of the location tends to be pricier. Quiet - so sleep not disturb.

The air conditioning could be better. The units are rather unpredictable - some areas are warmer and others colder. The hot water supply was a big issue. Being in winter we would love to have soaked in a hot tub at the end of a day, but the hot water supply was not enough even to fill up half the tub! You can take hot showers but luckily there were only 3 of us so the hot water did not run out. The apartment was meant to accommodate 6; so I can imagine there will be some rationing for a bigger group. Brought this issue up but nothing could be done about it. The lift was very small - can only accommodate 1 person and 1 luggage at one time; I suppose this is an issue with European apartments. While we were there there were some renovation works going on in the same building - not an issue since we are out almost the whole day. No window street view at all.

- bad smells ( bed sheet / apartment/ cleaning product used) - employee + owners is not friendly at all. - after the payment, they will ignore you. - no extra help. - elevator for only 3 people. - we asked for good view but we got a very bad one. - don’t have front desk or office to meet, only via online or mobile phone and they will not answer.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location.

The only thing I didn't like was that the wc was too small and without ventilation.

Amazing location and excellent service from the host company. Very responsive and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious, plenty of room and provided appliances and toiletries for all our needs. Newly remodeled with perfect finishes. Very luxury.
