Nice location

Dated, dirty bathroom kitchen and bed, leak in bathroom ceiling running down the wall, shower curtain moldy and replaced by new curtail 12 inches too long. Broken bed-the platform was crushed on one side of 1 bed and the comforter was stained. Mattresses were very old , thin and sunk in the middle.

Good location. Loved being right on the beach.

The apartment was not clean. Mold in bathroom, ripped and stained upholstery on chairs and sand everywhere, baseboards looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. I had to clean and sweep before we could settle in. Did not have wash clothes, paper towels, or trash bags. All of which was supposed to be included. Had to call the vacation rental office and their customer service is absolutely horrible. They acted like it was a huge inconvenience that I called asking for the basics that was supposed to be there per their agreement.

The location was great the room was okay and restaurants on the location was great the beach was great thanks we'll be back

The room was oceanfront view, so that was nice. Wifi seemed to work pretty good.

There was a lot wrong with the cleanliness of the room. Paint chipping in the bathtub, mold on the shower curtain, a part of the ceiling was peeling, even spotted a live bug in the bathroom. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and definitely needs replacing. We weren’t provided with extra towels, toilet paper, or other toiletries. The stovetop didn’t heat up very well. Also, the dining table chairs had questionable stains. Overall, many things need updating and/or replacing.

That I booked for sand dunes but got put in ocean dunes. Didn’t have anyone to talk to about it. Booked through booking so didn’t have an option to check if I needed linen or not. Didn’t have access to the water park.

All the pools and water parks

I had a private property I didn’t have enough towels nor sheets or blankets And when I went to front desk they didn’t help me nor direct me to the right people the front desk was very rude
