This is the second time I have stayed at one of Christian’s houses and it won’t be the last! He is quick to respond with all communications and his homes are spectacular! If you are looking at this property, you can book it and be confident you will not be disappointed! One of my favorite home rentals !

Wonderful property with everything you need. The pool is beautiful especially at night. Christian has created a beautiful experience and is a very responsive host. If you play the golf course beware of all the water and bring extra balls 😂

The house was amazing, Christian makes it so easy and welcoming!! The pool was perfect, we enjoyed it both day and night. The house was well stocked, and well maintained.

Wow! So many good things to say about this property. The owner is so good about communication, responded same day when asking questions prior to the trip and there was a very nice book of important property and location information at the house. Our little ones loved running around the house and enjoyed the super warm pool. Very nice touches including extra wine on arrival, water/soft drinks in the fridge, and there were some starter items (condiments, spices in the kitchen as well as toothbrush, soaps, makeup wipes in the bathrooms) Super clean, homey, and neighborhood was very quiet. Can't wait to come back!

This was the perfect set up for a little get away. Our first time to Arizona as our daughter had a college visit. We wanted something low key that we could embrace as a family. Everything about this property was top notch. Thank you Christian this Iowa family will be back.

This property was fantastic!! The community was so peaceful and quiet. Christian was a great host and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. My favorite little detail was the black towels provided to remove my makeup so I did not ruin the white towels. I can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time I am in Chandler.

What an amazing property! Christian is an excellent host who goes above and beyond to make sure his guests have a wonderful stay. The house is laid out perfectly and has beautiful views of the pool and lake. It is well stocked with anything you should desire during your stay. There are so many little touches throughout the house making this an exceptional property! We look forward to staying here again.

Although there are neighbors on either side and across the canal, it felt private. Christian has some items stocked which was appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We enjoy the pool and the gorgeous kitchen and the pictures do not do this home justice. We hope to see you again because we love the quiet neighborhood and the floor plan of the home. We also played a lot of games of pool that was super nice.

Excellent property all around. Exceeded our expectations!! Host was very communicative. Pretty much thought of everything the house needs for all to enjoy.

One of the most quietest neighborhoods I have stayed. Very nice host. Responsible and the home is very well kept. It is fully stocked. There are grocery stores near by and some great restaurants. Christian is an amazing host and very responsive. We recommend the property to anyone who is looking for a beautiful home to spend a few days.

Everything about the Ritz Ocotillo home was perfect! The check-in was very smooth, with the home and pool at the requested temperatures and beverages waiting for us. The home is extremely well-stocked with essentials and even had extra touches like toothbrushes and toothpaste. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed having the indoor-outdoor sound system, as well as the pool table and the smart TV. The outdoor area was great as well. It was extremely quiet and peaceful with comfortable seating and a lovely heated pool. We enjoyed sitting outside for dinner almost every night. Christian is an amazing host. He was very easy to get in touch, and extremely helpful. By far the best host we've ever had. We will definitely be back to stay at this home or another one of Christian's properties.

Beautiful home, pool. Well Stocked with items that we have not had in other VRBO's: shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes, disposable facial cleaners, mini fridge with waters and sodas, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap and dryer sheets, dishwasher supplies. Christian has thought of everything and makes this a very welcoming home rental. His communication is excellent and very speedy! The workers that come for pool and yard Maintenace were also very friendly and speedy. Really enjoyed our stay in this home. We tend to prefer the northern area and tried this location but will definitely look for homes offered by Christian! Quiet neighborhood!

From pre-arrival communication, to check-in/entry, and throughout the stay - everything at Ritz Ocotillo was as-advertised and perfect. We traveled from Michigan with a party of 5 (myself, my wife, and 3 kids) and everyone loved the home. The location was great as we were there for Spring Training and a number of the ballparks were only 20-30 minutes away. Old Town Scottsdale was 25 minutes from the house, and we went there quite a few times. There's a grocery store (Safeway) just minutes from the house. Check-in couldn't have been easier as I emailed Christian ahead of time to let him know that we'd be arriving in the area early in the day, and he let me know when the home was ready to check in (a few hours before the 4pm check-in time). The home itself is beautiful, larger than anticipated, and very clean. The outdoor area and pool is beautiful, private, and comfortable. The pool was heated to 85 when we arrived and Christian turned the fountain on whenever we wanted (just had a text him). There are also some pool floats and toys in the garage. The neighborhood is gated, very clean, and very private. We barely saw any other people in the 5 days that we were there. Inside, the home is top-notch and "smart." From the TV's to the lights, to the fireplace, everything is just a flick of a switch. The fireplace was particularly great for those 50-degree mornings. The pool table was a hit with the kids. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms had everything you need and more. Christian was the best host we've had at a rental, and always available - but never in the way. The home was ready and welcoming, and the mini-fridge was stocked with water and soda (a great touch). Our only request was that our 3 kids could share a room and when we arrived there was a brand new air mattress waiting for us. We would easily rent this home again, or look at Christian's other homes in the area if/when we head back out to Arizona. Thanks for a great stay
