The house is located in a nice neighborhood that made you feel safe. It's nice and clean.

Reasonbly close to Festival Mall, which is the reason we stayed there. Around 15 min by foot. The 2-bed apartment is very large and comfortable. The wifi worked well. There were also portable heaters to take the chill off at night (it was cool in early March).

It's cozy and clean. Good for families as its far from the busy, crowded part of Cairo.

Only thing is that it's a bit far from Old Cairo. But you can book rides easily with Careem/uber.

There were a smell of smoking in the studio, I do not blame the owners as much as I blame the previous resident who did not follow the instructions. However, I wished if there was a way to solve this issue.

1. Location. Centered in 5th Settlement, 2 minutes away from N.90 & S.90 streets. Very clean and secure compound, lots of greens. 2. Staff- Hussein is exceptionally polite and helpful. Can't thank him enough. 3 . Kitchenette was very helpful as I wanted to avoid fast food as much as possible, the tools available in Kitchen was sufficient. 4. The room was very comfy, AC is perfect, calm neighborhood. 5. Ask for anything they will provide. 6. Wi-fi was super fast, even faster than mine at home. 7. Cleanness, super clean sheets, pillows, bathroom, kitchen, mini-bar, furniture all was shiny and nice.(the carpet was so clean but mabye needs a good wash) My advise, for any New Cairo visitor this is the right place, near CFC, all new Cairo attractions, calm, clean, perfect neighborhood, helpful polite staff.

1. Closet's door was stuck, but I can't complain as my stay was very short, I actually didn't report it to the owner. 2. Maybe a mirror would be a good idea.
