Poor housekeeping and cleaning . Poor Furniture condition. Staff are friendly but they have nothing more than apologies. I won’t come back to this place unless there is no other option.

Overall, my stay at Travelholic hotel had several positive aspects, such as excellent customer service and clean rooms.

However, a major issue arose when I checked in and discovered that my room was located adjacent to the main hotel lobby. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, there was no availability. This turned out to be a terrible experience as the doors, including the main entrance, constantly slammed shut, and the sound insulation was virtually nonexistent. I endured a sleepless night with constant noise from the reception area, making it a thoroughly unpleasant stay.
