Rooms were decent, for this price. The subway station was more or less close to the hotel. Hot water any time you needed. Staff was really cool.

No shops around the hotel. The bathroom were not so great and you could hear what was going on inside.

The hotel is near bus stop and one of the main stations.

The location is near the metro and pretty close to the train station, 30 min train ride from the city centre.

Rooms were pretty dirty, check in was late. Wifi didn't work almost at all. Pretty tight room. Overall expected more for this price.

Room and bathroom was tiny. Towels were super small and there wasn't towels for hands. Not enough drawers. Hotel were outside of central, but bus went front of the hotel to the central. Also metro station were near and train station wasn't that far.

Location was fine and picked for its proximity for business. More on the outskirts it was a little cheaper. As an IBIS I expect cheap but quality wise wasn’t too bad.

On day of departure housekeeping walked in to my at 8:15 and again 8:30. Not unreasonable that I could have still been asleep at that time. I was actually in the room stark naked the first time having just got out the shower. They muttered something about check out. Check out time was 12 and they seemed desperate to get me out. Check in was a nightmare. 2 staff on the desk when I arrived around midnight and I was tired and just wanted my room. I bought a drink and the one guy charged me. Fine. But I was also trying to check in and he wouldn’t help. The other guy was too busy showing a lady all the tourist locations on his computer. When she finally finished with him, they went to serve the next customer behind me. It was acknowledged that I was first, yet he still sorted the other customers issue before mine. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Shower ran hot and cold without changing the dial.

It's a modern hotel and chain hostel so you'll get what you expect. The room was well thought out and designed so I felt bigger than the actual room size. The location might be a challenge for people who stay there for pleasure but my stay was for business so it worked out well.
